Ho attivato sia per il fisso che per il mobile Tim Unica a Giugno 2020. Il personale del negozio mi ha riferito che è ancora in lavorazione al 187, e che dal suo terminale non può lavorarla. Mi è stata attivata il 06-07-2020 la fibra in casa ma sul mobile no. Attendo vostra risposta in merito a quanto dichiarato. Courteous and trained staff. Very willing to solve any problem concerning both fixed and mobile lines. I activated Tim Unica for both landline and mobile in June 2020. The store staff told me that it is still being worked on at 187, and that they cannot work it from their terminal. I was activated on 06-07-2020 the fiber at home but not on the furniture. I await your response regarding what has been declared.

Ho chiesto di attivare una linea il 16 giugno e ancora sto aspettando che mi richiamino per prendere appuntamento con il tecnico. Qualcosa di davvero scandaloso. Vi consiglio di chiamare il 187 che è molto più veloce e gentile. I put 1 star because you can't put less ... Never go to this shop they are rude. I asked to activate a line on June 16th and I'm still waiting for them to call me back to make an appointment with the technician. Something truly scandalous. I recommend you call 187 which is much faster and kinder.

Avendo però perso entrambi i cedolini riportanti i codici identificativi delle due e-sim, l'operazione sembrava non potesse essere portata a termine, ed invece il commesso del negozio Tim di Lecce - via Taranto è riuscito a risalire ad essi e ad eseguire esattamente quanto da me richiesto. Consiglio vivamente questo centro Tim, sia per l'acquisto di prodotti di telefonia che per il disbrigo di attività burocratiche o tecniche legate all'attivazione, disattivazione o variazioni di utenze Tim. La bolletta mensile arriva a 59,90 euro. Sono andato più volte in negozio ad annullare le tasse e i valori aggiuntivi e nemmeno loro hanno saputo spiegare cosa fosse. Ma stai tranquilla, quando vuoi disdire il contratto TIM devi pagare 360 euro. È il peggior servizio che ho avuto in vita mia. Ma una volta firmato il contratto, non abbiamo altro da fare. Sono profittatori. Worst contract I've ever made in my life. Internet contract for your home for 24.90 + monthly mobile phone plan for 10 euros. The monthly bill comes to 59.90 euros. I went to the shop several times to cancel the additional taxes and values and even they couldn't explain what it was. But don't worry, when you want to cancel the TIM contract you have to pay 360 euros. It is the worst service I have had in my life. But once the contract is signed, we have nothing else to do. They are profiteers.
