★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Evitate questo posto. Non so se sono incompetenti oppure furbi?! Siamo entrati in questo store per un semplice contratto sulla linea telefonica di mia suocera. Dopo qualche settimana scopriamo che ci hanno attivato due linee ,con due contratti diversi con due numeri diversi ;poiché ci arrivano fatture vodafone su consumi mai effettuati.Ritorniamo in negozio come suggeritoci dal 190 per avere un ammissione di colpa ,della linea attivata dallo store per errore in modo da non pagare consumi mai chiesti. La signorina mi dice che si dispiace dell’accaduto e che provvederà a comunicare a vodafone l’errore... Cosa mai fatta!!! Risultato finale mia suocera ha pagato tutte le fatture mai usufruite per l’errore oppure furberie di questa gente... Visitate altri posti se avete intenzione di cambiare gestore ??????????
Avoid this place. I don't know if they are incompetent or clever ?! We walked into this store for a simple contract on my mother-in-law's phone line. After a few weeks we discover that they have activated two lines, with two different contracts with two different numbers; since we receive Vodafone invoices on consumptions never made.We return to the store as suggested by 190 to have an admission of guilt, of the line activated by the store for mistake so as not to pay consumption ever asked for. The young lady tells me that she is sorry about what happened and that she will communicate the error to Vodafone ... What ever done !!! Final result my mother-in-law paid all the bills she never used due to the mistake or mischief of these people ... Visit other places if you intend to change manager ??????????
