 A very welcoming Wind shop on Via di Leuca, Castromediano. The staff is very attentive and helpful. The information provided is transparent and comprehensive. There are almost always two employees to welcome users and the turnout is never much.

Bad assistance! They do not solve any problems ... they make you sign the contract and then they dementia of you ... Better to call the Wind assistance center and speak directly with the operators! FALSE courtesy and availability!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrata per acquistare una sim nuova il prima possibile mi è stata proposta quella di 1 mobile a 6.99€ più 10€ per attivazione che secondo il commerciante sarebbe avvenuta in un paio d'ore al max. Ho quindi pagato 20€ ma per l'attivazione della sim ho dovuto aspettare 48h. E al momento dell'attivazione ho dovuto ricaricare altri 10€ e non si capisce perché: né gestore del negozio né operatore di 1 mobile mi hanno dato spiegazioni in merito; la spesa complessiva è stata di ben 30€!
Esperienza negativa e assolutamente sconsigliato.
Entry to buy a new sim as soon as possible I was offered that of 1 mobile for € 6.99 plus € 10 per activation which according to the trader would have taken place in a couple of hours at most. I then paid € 20 but I had to wait 48 hours to activate the sim. And at the time of activation I had to top up another 10 € and it is not clear why: neither shop manager nor 1 mobile operator gave me explanations on this; the total cost was 30 €!
Bad experience and absolutely not recommended.
