Dopo un mese non sono riuscita ad avere la portabilità del mio numero perché due volte hanno dato i miei dati errati. Ho perso tempo e soldi con loro e non solo ma anche gli operatori che rispondono al call center non risolvono nulla. Una banda di fannulloni e incapaci. Mai più con Fastweb. My bad experience concerns the Fastweb store at the Ipercoop shopping center in Surbo. After a month I could not get the portability of my number because twice they gave me my incorrect data.
