Nonostante le indicazioni dei tecnici del 187 con i quali hanno parlato telefonicamente in mia presenza si rifiutano di prestare l'assistenza dovuta da contratto. Non meritano neppure una stella!
Rude and abrupt staff. Absolutely this shop cannot be defined as a TIM assistance center! Despite the indications of the 187 technicians with whom they spoke by telephone in my presence, they refuse to provide the assistance required by the contract. They don't even deserve a star!
