Appena sono entrata in negozio ho da subito notato la loro gentilezza, professionalità, competenza e rassicurazione. In 2 giorni sono riusciti a riparare il mio telefono da un brutto danno che se non fatto con molta accortezza avrebbe causato la perdita di tutti i miei dati e del telefono, in piu hanno cambiato anche il connettore della ricarica e la back cover rotta. Inoltre, sono stati molto premurosi facendomi un backup dei dati su chiavetta. Grazie mille staff, io e la piccola Julie vi ringraziamo di cuore!!! My samsung was completely lost as well as all the data inside it due to a damage done on the motherboard by another service center to which I had taken it before knowing SOS INFORMATIC (under the advice of other very satisfied friends). As soon as I entered the shop I immediately noticed their kindness, professionalism, competence and reassurance. In 2 days they managed to repair my phone from a bad damage that if not done with great care would have caused the loss of all my data and the phone, plus they also changed the charging connector and the broken back cover. Also, they were very helpful in backing up my data on a stick. Thank you very much staff, me and little Julie thank you very much !!!

Il ragazzo all'accoglienza, gentilissimo e preparato, ha preso in carico il dispositivo e, dopo poche ore, mi ha comunicato il preventivo gratuito con un importo decisamente più conveniente rispetto a quello della casa madre. Alla riconsegna, tastiera e trackpad erano stati perfettamente riparati, mentre per la batteria è stato necessario un secondo intervento, in garanzia e a costo zero. Scrivo questa recensione a distanza di un paio di settimane, nelle quali il computer ha funzionato egregiamente, tornando praticamente come nuovo. Consigliatissimi! The guy at the reception, very kind and prepared, took charge of the device and, after a few hours, sent me the free estimate with a much cheaper amount than the parent company. Upon delivery, the keyboard and trackpad had been perfectly repaired, while the battery required a second intervention, under warranty and at no cost. after a couple of weeks, in which the computer worked very well, practically returning as new.

Le recensioni negative secondo me non possono che essere false, scritte dalla concorrenza perché non si riscontra una pecca . Ieri sera ho comprato per mio figlio un iphone nuovo ad un ottimo prezzo che non caricava bene. Stamattina tutto risolto, mi hanno sostituito la batteria in pochissimo tempo e senza spese aggiuntive. Sono riusciti a riparare il mio Xiaomi che non si accendeva più a causa di un problema alla scheda madre, dopo essere stata in altri centri che non sono stati in grado di risolvere il problema. Tempi rapidi, staff gentile e professionale. Assolutamente consigliato! Excellent service. They managed to fix my Xiaomi that was no longer turning on due to a motherboard problem, after going to other centers that were unable to fix the problem. Quick times, kind and professional staff.
