Grazie a una convenzione ho speso molto meno rispetto ad altre agenzie, l'auto era nuovissima, pulita e consumava davvero poco. La ragazza che ci ha seguiti al desk è stata davvero onesta e ci ha spiegato bene tutti i dettagli del contratto ( non sapevamo di avere una seconda guida gratuita ed è stata davvero corretta nel farcelo notare). Sicuramente mi rivolgerò di nuovo a loro nel prossimo viaggio. I was a little scared by the reviews but I chose to give it a try anyway and I did well! Thanks to an agreement I spent much less than other agencies, the car was brand new, clean and consumed very little. The girl who followed us at the desk was really honest and explained all the details of the contract well (we didn't know we had a second free guide and she was really correct in pointing this out). I will definitely turn to them again on the next trip.

I sat there until 4:45 and no one opened the store. Lousy service. Turned out there was an unexpected death. Around 4:30, someone came and put up a sign that said the store was "closed for mourning." I'm sorry about that, but they had my phone number and could have called. I ended up taking the car back the next day, but they were still closed. So I left the keys in the glove box and left it there. No contact from anyone at the store. I probably saw three people who came by, looked at the sign and left, and I'm guessing those were three people who might have wanted to rent a car.

We had to change our car rental dates at the last moment and they were helpful and very accommodating. We rented an automatic, hybrid car and the entire process was easy. I will definitely rent from them again.
