Esperienza negativa! Macchina prenotata dall'assicurazione ma all'atto del ritiro mi sento dire "..le abbiamo dovuto dare una macchina più piccola perché non avevamo disponibilità di quella richiesta...." Visto che non era disponibile un'auto delle dimensioni richieste avrebbe già dovuto dirlo all'assicurazione....non a me. Ma ancor più grave lo stato in cui si trovava la macchina (vedere foto) , perché dire sporca é già un complimento. Ma aspettavate un cliente che la porti al lavaggio? Ho subito rifiutato di versare la caparra e la macchina. SCONSIGLIATO.
Bad experience! Car booked by the insurance but upon collection I am told ".. we had to give you a smaller car because we did not have that request available ...." Since a car of the requested size was not available, he should have already told the insurance company ... not me. But the state of the car was even more serious (see photo), because saying dirty is already a compliment. But were you waiting for a customer to take you to the wash? I immediately refused to pay the deposit and the car. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Non ne ho evidenza Al momento del ritiro trovo un'auto diversa da quella richiesta e concordata Che schifo sentire scuse inaccettabili e poco professionali Aggiungo: Sedili sporchi La risposta ricevuta qui non è proprio quella che si dovrebbe ricevere Erano altre le mie domande Rispondete pure quando volete ma qui. Perche in privato dovrei lamentare? Comunque vedo che i miei sono gli stessi problemi già avuti da altri Aggiustate il tiro o cambiate lavoro

Mi son servito da loro dopo che le FF.SS. avevano cancellato tutti i treni in partenza. Il personale si è dimostrato molto cortese e particolarmente attento a soddisfare la mia richiesta (dell'ultimo minuto e non proprio standard). Pienamente soddisfatto del servizio da loro offerto.
I used them after the FF.SS. they had canceled all the departing trains. The staff was very courteous and particularly attentive to my request (last minute and not really standard). Fully satisfied with the service they offer.

The car was nice but not the advice : we told at the agency that we will return the car in the afternoon and we have pay one day more just because we have not return the car in the morning, we have not been well advised

Very nice staff. The car was almost new. The best price we've found so far in Lecce.

We had a very bad experience with Avis in Lecce. they gave us a car with an orange signal. We asked them from the beginning where this was coming from, they said it is not an issue. Driving the car we could see the pressure of the tires going lower and lower. We came back 2 times no action from Avis. They pretended it was nothing and they didn't have a spare car for us. As I was insisting they finally gave us the address of a mechanic. In 5 min the mechanic saw that there is a big hole in the tire and it was very dangerous to drive this car. And Surprise no spare in the car ... We came back to Avis, no apologies from the staff, they gave us the key of the new car without a word. When I confronted them they said they don't check car when people give them back to them and if there is no red light they give the car to someone else. What a bad service & experience.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!! IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR LIFE THEN PLEASE AVOID!!! In case you are worried about your safety and health then definitely avoid!!! We rented a car for two days and the first day for a moment the car had some lights blinking on the armature. In a moment it disappeared and we continued our trip. On the second day the car continued having all the blinking lights and the steering wheel didn’t work properly in the middle of highway with a heavy traffic. So we stopped the car immediately and it didn’t start anymore. Nothing worked. We tried to contact the road assistance, it took 30 minutes before we reached someone. Then it turned out they only talk to you if you speak Italian. After 1,5 hours of wait finally roadside assistance arrived and it turned out that one cable wasn't attached! It was something that couldn't just happen. If you rent a car you expect the specialist to check it before and make sure it is working not to remove cables. There was so apology or whatsoever from the staff!! We can just be lucky it happened on a street and not on some hill!
