A	Agrippina Bykow on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevamo prenotato tramite agenzia esterna e mi ero premurata chiamandoli (non senza difficoltà) che la prenotazione fosse andata a buon fine. Una volta lì abbiamo scoperto che il modello base che volevamo non era disponibile ma abbiamo avuto l'upgrade ad una macchina migliore senza costi aggiuntivi. L'impiegato è stato molto chiaro ed alla mano, la macchina era pulita ed in ottime condizioni. Per una nostra svista, avendola presa prima dell'orario in un cui l'avevamo fissata, l'abbiamo riconsegnata secondo i primi termini pattuiti e ci è stata fatta giustamente pagare la penale... quando siamo in vacanza non si pensa proprio a tutti i dettagli, se ce l'avesse ricordato sarebbe stato meglio :) Struttura facile da raggiungere a piedi dal centro ma si attraversano zone un po' abbandonate. We had booked through an external agency and I was careful by calling them (not without difficulty) that the booking had been successful. Once there we found that the base model we wanted was not available but we got the upgrade to a better car at no extra cost. The employee was very clear and easy-going, the car was clean and in excellent condition. Owing to our oversight, having taken it before the time we had set it, we returned it according to the first terms agreed and we were rightly made to pay the penalty ... when we are on vacation we do not think of everyone. the details, if he had remembered it would have been better :) Structure easy to reach on foot from the center but you cross areas a little abandoned.

Agenzia con personale educatissimo e cortese sempre disponibile a soddisfare le esigenze del cliente. Consigliatissimo. Took a van for two days. The guy with whom I started the rental practices is called Roberto, courteous, polite and always available to meet the customer's needs. Highly recommended.
