F	Francesca Giambruno on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsiglio vivamente. Terzo giorno di noleggio, la macchina non si accende più, neanche il quadro della macchina. A differenza del personale che fin da subito ci ha incolpato di aver lasciato le luci accese (precisiamo che le luci sono dotate di allarme se lasciate accese, quindi era oggettivamente impossibile) più di 10 persone si sono fermate ad aiutarci. Siamo stati senza assistenza sotto il sole per ben 4 ore. In aiuto fortunatamente sono venuti anche due meccanici, e dopo aver tentato più volte di accendere la macchina con i cavetti perché si pensava che il problema fosse la batteria, avevano capito che il problema stava nella centralina della macchina, dovuto a un allarme che il personale a quanto pare ha pensato di aver disinnescato e che appena arrivato (dopo ore) ha tolto con una apposita chiave. Nessun riferimento in loco è stato fatto alla batteria perché appunto, non era quello il problema Ci è stato rimborsato fortunatamente quanto dovuto, ma purtroppo il personale come potete leggere in una recensione precedente ha continuato a dichiarare il falso, negando la verità, sopratutto di fronte a persone competenti, perché i ragazzi a cui ha noleggiato la macchina non sono furbi, ma semplicemente intelligenti. Non auguro a nessuno la nostra esperienza, in un momento di vacanza. Ps: la signorina chiara non piazza, recensioni negative a tutti, e chiunque può andare nel suo profilo a controllare. Fortunately, two mechanics also came to help, and after having tried several times to switch on the machine with the cables because it was thought that the problem was the battery, they understood that the problem was in the machine's control unit, due to an alarm that the staff apparently he thought he had defused and that as soon as he arrived (after hours) he removed with a special key. No local reference was made to the battery because that was not the problem Fortunately, we were reimbursed the amount due, but unfortunately the staff as you can read in a previous review continued to declare the false, denying the truth, especially in front of competent people, because the guys to whom he rented the car are not smart, but simply intelligent. I do not wish anyone our experience, in a moment of vacation. Ps: Miss Chiara does not place negative reviews at all, and anyone can go to her profile to check. Con un piccolo sovrapprezzo ci hanno fatto trovare l'auto all'aeroporto di Brindisi il giorno dall'arrivo e l'hanno recuperata, sempre in aeroporto, il giorno della partenza. CONSIGLIATO Precise and punctual. Fair price for the period. Friendly and polite staff. Not brand new vehicle but with all the necessary comforts. With a small surcharge they let us find the car at Brindisi airport on the day of arrival and recovered it, also at the airport, on the day of departure. ADVISED

Las personas que atienden en recepción son flexibles y amables. Recomendable. Easy to contact by wasap. Fast attention, truthful information, cheap. The car does the service, it is not new, it has scratches but it does its job. The people at the reception are flexible and friendly. Recommendable.
