Competente il venditore, molto professionale e gentile, che tuttavia crea poca empatia col cliente. Sono cliente di MSC da oltre 2 anni, nei quali la cortesia, la professionalità, la celerità e l'assoluta disponibilità hanno puntualmente contraddistinto tanto la vendita quanto (e soprattutto) il post vendita e l'assistenza. Quanto leggo dalla recensione che precede queste righe, a firma ti tal sedicente Pasquale Gigante, che non fornisce alcun tipo di spiegazione sulla millantata insufficienza globale della concessionaria, mi induce a rflettere su due aspetti: se è falsa (come credo) è frutto di invidia o denigrazione concorrenziale che francamente mi provoca un sentimento di pena ed allo stesso tempo di tenerezza per chi, non avendo altre qualità su cui basare il proprio lavoro, tenta disperatamente di denigrare mendacemente chi invece ce la fa grazie alla sua professionalità. Se invece è vera, la cosa mi angoscia ancora di più perchè resa da un povero analfabeta che per un qualsiasi motivo ha inteso vivere una decina di secondi da protagonista, in un'intera vita di oblio ed inconsapevolezza di un'esistenza superflua ed anzi (ahimè) gravosa per la collettività. Se mi sbaglio (e non mi sbaglio) invito il loquace Pasquale Gigante a contraddirmi, la qual cosa mai accadrà purtroppo.. It is not my custom to write a review on a dealership, but I find myself forced to do it for the sake of truth. I have been a customer of MSC for over 2 years, in which courtesy, professionalism, speed and absolute availability have punctually distinguished both the sale and (and above all) the after-sales and assistance. What I read from the review that precedes these lines, signed by this self-styled Pasquale Gigante, who does not provide any kind of explanation on the vaunted global inadequacy of the dealership, leads me to reflect on two aspects: if it is false (as I believe) it is the result of envy or competitive denigration that frankly provokes in me a feeling of pain and at the same time of tenderness for those who, having no other qualities on which to base their work, desperately try to denigrate mendaciously those who make it through their professionalism. If, on the other hand, it is true, it anguishes me even more because it is rendered by a poor illiterate who for whatever reason has intended to live ten seconds as a protagonist, in a whole life of oblivion and unawareness of a superfluous existence and indeed ( alas) burdensome for the community. If I'm wrong (and I'm not wrong) I invite the talkative Pasquale Gigante to contradict me, which will never happen unfortunately ..

Ho portato la mia moto per dei tagliandi e sono stati molto precisi anche nello spiegarmi il lavoro fatto ed il materiale utilizzato. Ho acquistato anche un bauletto, ed una volta a casa mi sono accorto che aveva un difetto: si sono prontamente resi disponibili alla sostituzione. Sono estremamente felice di aver incontrato delle persone che amano fare bene ed in maniera onesta il loro lavoro. A serious dealership, which works well, and with a lot of availability and good manners towards the customer. I brought my bike for some coupons and they were also very precise in explaining the work done and the material used. I also bought a top case, and once at home I realized it had a defect: they promptly made themselves available for replacement. I am extremely happy to have met people who love to do their job well and honestly.

In concessionaria ho trovato professionalità e cortesia e mi sono fatto consigliare da Mauro sull'acquisto estendendo da subito la garanzia a 5 anni compresa assistenza stradale. Percorsi 1.000 km ho dovuto far eseguire il primo tagliando e ho riscontrato le competenze in officina di Claudio. Sono quindi molto soddisfatto della mia mt-03 e felice di averla acquistata da persone in gamba. Grazie Mauro e grazie Claudio!!! In July I bought a mt-03, but I wanted to wait for the first service in the workshop to do a complete review. At the dealership I found professionalism and courtesy and I got Mauro's advice on the purchase, immediately extending the warranty to 5 years including roadside assistance. After 1,000 km I had to have the first service done and I found Claudio's skills in the workshop. I am therefore very satisfied with my mt-03 and happy to have bought it from smart people. Thanks Mauro and thanks Claudio !!!

Ovviamente avrei avuto bisogno che venissero a prenderla ora che hanno traslocato e non sono più dietro l’angolo. Mi hanno detto che il servizio trasporto avrebbe avuto un costo e non ho avuto nulla da obiettare. Anche dopo un sollecito non si sono mai fatti sentire,tanto…. Non so se questo garbo fosse dovuto ma fa la differenza perché essere bravi tecnici non basta.
