C	Claudio Anello (carenderstudio) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ un negozio come altri per la vendita di prodotti di telefonia e offerte telefoniche . ho effettuato un contratto presso di loro per acquistare la fibra tim 1gb . purtroppo come centro assistenza presso di loro è praticamente inesistente . ogni cosa che chiedo o voglio fare con il mio contratto presso di loro è inutile . devo usare il 187 per qualsiasi richiesta . l'assistenza tecniche che è arrivata per attivarmi la rete fibra è quasi imbarazzante . il tecnico è risultato completamente ignorante in maniera teorica di ciascun servizio o argomento riguardante i servizi di internet ( per lui la 5ghz è piu lenta della 2.4ghz) . mi è stato fornito senza il mio consenso un ONT esterna della huawei anche se io vorrei usare SFP del tim hub integrato . (ho chiesto piu volte ma nulla . non si può risolvere la questione) . ah , e per cronaca generale DISNEY PLUS SI PUO' vedere da qualsiasi dispositivo e non come dice il tecnico " SOLO DAL MODEM TIM FORNITO" a shop like any other for the sale of telephone products and telephone offers. I made a contract with them to buy the 1gb tim fiber. unfortunately as a service center with them it is practically non-existent. everything I ask or want to do with my contract with them is useless. Come dire questo è questo c'è.
