Questo lo riesco a sostenere dal momento che dopo essere venuto in due giorni molto vicini nei quali ho espresso la stessa richiesta i due diversi commessi mi hanno mostrato due soluzioni che erano l'una l'opposto dell'altra. In particolare il secondo giorno la mia richiesta e stata accolta in maniera supponente e a tratti ridanciana.
The staff is not informed about the contract procedures. I can support this since after coming in two very close days in which I expressed the same request, the two different shop assistants showed me two solutions which were the opposite of the other. In particular, on the second day my request was accepted in an opinionated and at times ridanciana way.

La commessa ha preteso una inutile denuncia alle autorità di polizia; non ha interagito con 119 per il chiarimento; mi ha invitato a lasciare il negozio perché aveva altri clienti da servire come se io non fossi un cliente come gli altri... Che dire!? Che oggi mi tocca ricominciare...
