d	doriano bertolo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A agosto 2020 ho portato il mio Samsung Watch a riparare non funzionavano i sensori e a volte si spegneva. Ho accettato un preventivo di €130 un po' caro ma dovevano cambiare tutta l'elettronica. Dopo due mesi il mio Watch era come nuovo e con garanzia della riparazione. Peccato che a fine novembre una mattina togliendo dalla carica vedo che sul lato destro dello schermo si era bruciata una fila di led seguita il giorno dopo da altre due, lo porto nuovamente in assistenza ma mi dicono che la garanzia non copre gli urti o le cadute e mi fanno un preventivo di €130, rifiuto perché non mi è mai caduto il vetro è perfetto e la cassa presenta solo segni di usura ( allego foto). A mio avviso durante la sostituzione nel primo intervento è stata toccata la parte interna dello schermo danneggiandola e facendo ossidare alcuni file di led. Per ritirare l'orologio ci sono voluti 20 giorni dal rifiuto del preventivo e le richieste di info tramite mail sono state ignorate. Sono estremamente comprensivi quando, ovviamente nel disagio di una temporanea "perdita" del nostro device, ci rechiamo da loro con tante domande e poche risposte. Sono gentilissimi e, compatibilmente con la tempistica in cui vengono consegnati loro i pezzi di ricambio, sono decisamente veloci. CONSIGLIATISSIMO.
