★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistato un pc in negozio, 'ricondizionato' per mia sorella. Il pc si presenta in buone condizioni estetiche ed è abbastanza veloce per l'uso 'ufficio' che ne deve fare lei; Il problema è l'affidabilità dei componenti all'interno, che usando dei programmi appositi, si può capire l'uso e la data di questi: bene, l'ssd e l'hdd hanno 5 anni di uso continuativo (5 anni di uso, non di età) e vari settori danneggiati (l'hdd ogni tanto fa anche un rumore che non promette nulla di buono); le ram invece hanno ben 10 anni di età. Un altro aspetto negativo è che la scheda madre e l'alimentatore sono fatti apposta per quel pc, quindi se dovesse succedere qualcosa non avrete la possibilità di cambiarli con altri compatibili (come nella quasi totalità dei pc classici è possibile fare). Fatto presente ciò al dipendente mi è stato risposto che loro fanno così e se ci dovesse essere un guasto ad un qualsiasi componente hardware (alimentatore, scheda madre, ram, hdd, ssd....) se ne occupano loro in garanzia e senza spese per il cliente, ok, ma i programmi, i settaggi, i file, ecc.. persi, non li avete messi in conto? Vedremo come andrà (se ne avrò bisogno) con questa 'garanzia' per adesso non posso esprimermi a riguardo.
I bought a pc in the shop, 'refurbished' for my sister. The PC is in good aesthetic condition and is fast enough for her 'office' use; The problem is the reliability of the components inside, which using special programs, you can understand the use and date of these: well, the SSD and the HDD have 5 years of continuous use (5 years of use , not age) and various bad sectors (the hdd occasionally also makes a noise that does not bode well); the rams instead are 10 years old. Another negative aspect is that the motherboard and the power supply are made especially for that PC, so if something should happen you will not be able to change them with other compatible ones (as in almost all classic PCs it is possible to do). Having pointed this out to the employee, I was told that they do this and if there should be a failure of any hardware component (power supply, motherboard, ram, hdd, ssd ...) they take care of it under warranty and without charge. for the customer, ok, but the programs, settings, files, etc ... lost, haven't you taken them into account? We will see how it goes (if I need it) with this 'guarantee' for now I cannot express myself about it.

Ho acquistato due portatili rigenerati ed ora ne ho portato uno mio a rigenerare. Cosa posso dire? Gli acquisti si sono rivelati eccellenti, il rapporto qualità prezzo anche e sono stata accolta sempre con disponibilità e gentilezza. Infine, è per me non è cosa da poco, anche la questione ecologica è importante; mi piace l' idea che, tramite i PC rigenerati , si sia evitato di inquinare. Insomma, soddisfatta della qualità, della professionalità e del rapporto qualità prezzo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo, avendo un esame il pomeriggio stesso, sono stato costretto a prendere di corsa il caricatore per il computer, che mi si era rotto la mattina stessa. 45 euro, per un carica batterie. "ma è quello originale". Sul sito ufficiale Lenovo, il prezzo è di 19 euro. Attualmente pure scontato a 14, addirittura con la spedizione gratuita. Purtroppo non potevo aspettare il tempo della spedizione, e non avevo nemmeno il tempo di andare a cercare altrove. Do 2 stelle perché almeno Lupin è stato simpatico e cordiale al negozio. Poco onesto, ma cordiale e simpatico.
