Mi piace soprattutto xché trovo tutti i marchi preferiti in un solo negozio (Vans North Face Tommy Kalvin Klein Sundek Napapijri.....). Il personale è di una gentilezza infinita e ti segue con attenzione e professionalità (complimenti a Giulia e Marco!). Ho provato una linea che non conoscevo e che mi hanno proposto loro ed è ottima : Lay. Finalmente un negozio di qualità!!! Tidy and clean shop with a wide selection of sports and non-sports clothes, both for women and men and above all the department for children and teenagers is very well stocked. I especially like it because I find all the favorite brands in one shop (Vans North Face Tommy Kalvin Klein Sundek Napapijri .....). The staff is of infinite kindness and follows you with attention and professionalism (congratulations to Giulia and Marco!). I tried a line that I did not know and that they offered me and it is excellent: Lay. Finally a quality shop !!!

Roba firmata di dubbia provenienza . Peccato che mia moglie abbia tagliato le etichette interne e quindi addio reso ma di sicuro il mio denaro andrà al trove per i prossimi acquisti . Le 2 stelle sono solo per alcuni ragazzi del personale che sono gentili , pazienti e premurosi . At the beginning of the week we bought a jeans and a designer shirt for my son, today my wife does a very quick wash on the shirt for the first time and when she takes the shirt out of the washing machine, the big surprise, a letter from the brand located on the chest is gone. Signed stuff of dubious origin. Too bad that my wife has cut the internal labels and then goodbye returned but for sure my money will go to the trove for the next purchases. The 2 stars are just for some staff guys who are kind, patient and caring.

M. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Volebo condividere la mia Esperienza pessima in questo negozio.Ho acquistato una giacca da 200 euro e una commessa gentile mi ha proposto la tessera fidelity del negozio, che ho regolarmente fatto. Ho effettuato un secondo acquisto, un costume della sundek, e la stessa commessa ha fatto ri-passare la tessera per accumulare i "vantaggi"offerti dalla tessera.Purtroppo il costume non era della misura desiderata e sono andato a sostituirlo. Il commesso presente, " Riccardo" ,tra l'altro molto scortese, mi ha informato che non risultava, nei loro sistemi, nessuna transizione della mia fidelity e quindi, dopo essersi confrontato con un suo superiore, non poteva sostituire il costume. Quindi, invece di ricevere le scuse per non aver passato regolarmente la mia tessera ho dovuto tenere il costume di una misura sbagliata. Conclusione, come ex cliente sconsiglio vivamente questo posto in cui i clienti vengono trattati a pesci in faccia. Matteo. In conclusione, per un vostro errore, mi trovo con un costume che non posso portare. Sicuramente non è la risposta che un cliente vuole sentire. I want to share my very bad experience in this shop.I bought a 200 euro jacket and a kind saleswoman offered me the loyalty card of the shop, which I regularly did. I made a second purchase, a sundek costume, and the same clerk did re-pass the card to accumulate the "benefits" offered by the card. Unfortunately, the costume was not the desired size and I went to replace it. The clerk present, "Riccardo", among other things very rude, informed me that there was no transition in my fidelity in their systems and therefore, after having dealt with one of his superiors, he could not replace the costume. So instead of getting an apology for not swiping my card regularly, I had to keep the costume in a wrong size. Bottom line, as a former customer I strongly advise against this place where customers are treated like fish in the face. Matteo. In conclusion, due to your mistake, I find myself with a costume that I cannot wear. It's definitely not the answer a customer wants to hear.

ANCHE MENO !!! E allo stesso commesso ho schiettamente detto che mi infastidiva avere il suo fiato al collo e lui molto educamente mi ha risposto "anche a me "scazza" fare questo ma devo" ANCHE MENO ??? Rispondo al proprietario che non è assistenza ma pedinamento ? PDV well restocked and tidy !!! Comprato abito Calvin Klein...... regalo al top. ****** Torniamo a Beinasco (Ipercoop) dopo 2 anni e poco dopo l'ingresso ecco ""King" : il mio posto, il nostro posto, per chi ama sport, free time e abbigliamento casual. Bellissimo per me. Ovunque ti giri trovi qualcosa di bello, forse solo all'ingresso ti sembra un "luogo comune", ma poi si apre un modo. Articoli di marca,, moda e per tutte le tasche, si deve aiutare tutti ad essere sportivi e di moda, anche senza spendere una fortuna. Grazie Martina è così che si supporta un cliente. Brillante anche il ragazzo alla cassa, veloce e preparato. Bravi ???? Always the top as a shop assistant / the guy a little more helpful wouldn't hurt. Always everything super.
