★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se potessi avrei messo zero stelle ma sono costretta a metterne una. Una settimana prima ho acquistato un jeans e una maglia. Dopo una settimana ritorno con lo scontrino a cambiare la maglia per comprare un altro jeans dove c era la promo 2 jeans in promozione. Parlo con una commessa chiedo se la promo valesse lo stesso visto che avevo preso due jeans con il cambio effettuato e mi conferma che la promo è applicabile. Vado in cassa e a sorpresa la promo non era stata applicata dall altra commessa, nonostante le avessi detto che la collega invece mi avrà detto tutt altro... Sarei dovuta andare in pareggio ma mi ha fatto pagare 20 euro di differenza in più.. Siete molto furbi sicuramente non tornerò più nel vostro negozio dove tra l altro eravamo abituali clienti.. Mettetevi d accordo prima di dire cose diverse che non fate sicuramente bella figura
If I could I would have put zero stars but I'm forced to put one. A week earlier, I bought a pair of jeans and a shirt. After a week I return with the receipt to change the shirt to buy another jeans where there was the 2 jeans promo. I speak to a saleswoman, I ask if the promo was worth the same as I had bought two jeans with the change made and she confirms that the promo is applicable. I go to the cashier and surprisingly the promo had not been applied by the other order, although I told her that the colleague instead told me something else ... I should have broken even but she made me pay 20 euros more difference .. You are very smart, I will certainly never go back to your shop where among other things we were regular customers .. Agree before saying different things that certainly do not make a good impression
