★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi!!! Ho portato una coperta di lana ed un piumone: mi hanno restituito la coperta piena di peli dicendomi che li avrei dovuto togliere io prima! Ma scherziamo??? La coperta non era stata nemmeno toccata, me l’hanno restituita sporca come l’avevo portata!!! Il piumone ha lo stesso identico odore (nessuno) di quando l’ho portato, quindi ho forti dubbi che sia stato lavato
 Bad !!! I brought a woolen blanket and a duvet: they returned the blanket full of hair and told me that I should have removed them first! Are we kidding ??? The blanket hadn't even been touched, they returned it to me as dirty as I had brought it !!! The duvet has the exact same smell (none) as when I brought it, so I have strong doubts that it has been washed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato un pantalone bianco con una macchia di caffè, me l’hanno restituito tale e quale, la signora mi aveva già anticipato al momento del ritiro che non era sicura di poterla togliere,Visto che loro utilizzano sgrassatori, arrivata a casa ho usato ACE densò più e la macchia è andata via.
Care signore,esistono anche altri prodotti oltre gli sgrassatori.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La simpatia e l'educazione non sono sicuramente il loro pezzo forte. Lavano? Si. Fanno riparazioni sartoriali? Si. I prezzi vanno bene dunque si fa di necessità virtù. In lavanderia tanto non ci vai per fare amicizia porti le cose e le ritiri pulite senza altre aspettative.
Sympathy and education are certainly not their strong point. Do they wash? Yes. Do they do tailoring repairs? Yes. The prices are good so it makes a virtue of necessity. You don't go to the laundry room to make friends, you bring things and pick them up clean with no other expectations.
