Chiedi di provare un vestito e non si può perché è l'ultimo esposto, ed esci senza dire nulla perché sapranno loro quali sono le loro politiche interne. Vai per un cambio, la commesse durante la vendita non ti ha detto quanto tempo avevi per effettuarlo così lo cerchi sul loro sito ufficiale (sito che è collegato anche al negozio del centro commerciale) e ti dice 14 giorni. Sei in tempo per il cambio. Esci di casa, ti fai la strada che ti separa dal negozio e quando arrivi la commessa ti dice che non puoi cambiarlo perché i giorni per il cambio sono solo 10, quando sul sito c'è scritto 14. Perché non mettersi d'accordo con il loro stesso sito e non comunicare le informazioni chiaramente al cliente? Questo porta solo a discredito del negozio e del marchio. Bad store. Le ragazze sono gentilissime e sempre molto disponibili I think it's one of the very few shops I always go out and buy something from. Oltre ad avermi consigliato ed aiutato nella scelta dei capi i suoi modi dolci e gentili invogliano la clientela a tornare. Meraviglioso negozio e la signora Laura è fantastica. This morning I went to mixeri 'in the le fornaci di Beinasco shopping center I found Mrs. "Laura" who served me with a professionalism and kindness difficult to find especially lately in general in shops.
