Ciò che mi capita molto spesso quando voglio fare un acquisto è di conoscere il prodotto meglio di chi lo vende. Fortunatamente questo non è stato il caso: la titolare ha saputo darmi tutte le informazioni che volevo e trattarmi con educazione, gentilezza e professionalità come di rado se ne vedono. Questo ha reso l’esperienza di acquisto praticamente perfetta. I was looking for a Schott product and that led me to this shop. What happens to me very often when I want to make a purchase is to know the product better than the person selling it. Fortunately this was not the case: the owner was able to give me all the information I wanted and to treat me with education, kindness and professionalism as is rarely seen. This made the shopping experience practically perfect.

Il mitico CHIODO...e l'ho trovato in questo piccolo negozio di Torino che da molti anni è il vero punto di riferimento nel settore per tutto il nord Italia. Lasciatevi guidare nell'acquisto dalla gentilissima e super competente Signora Monica...professionale e simpaticissima...Pensate che questo negozio è consigliato persino dalla casa madre di New York! Più di così....complimenti! Well yes .... at the ripe old age of 58 I finally gave myself the Schott leather garment that I could only dream of as a boy! Ho ascoltato altre recensioni su questo negozio e posso raccontare che ho trovato il capo che cercavo, com insieme monta professionalità e capacità della titolare di consigliare anche un acquisto secondo me importante come quello di un capo in pelle. I'm, say, the Bud Spencer model, and I was looking for a leather jacket in my size that wasn't a plastic bag or something that remotely resembles what a leather jacket must be. I listened to other reviews on this shop and I can tell you that I found the garment I was looking for, which combines the professionalism and ability of the owner to also recommend a purchase as important to me as that of a leather garment.
