Small place but with a lot of stuff as they say in the small barrel there is good wine ... very fair prices for what they sell and a wide variety of clothing and brands with various price ranges..cozy and always available staff are not wrong one shot...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voglio segnalare la pessima e mortificante esperienza che mi è stata riservata. Ho acquistato un jeans probabilmente difettoso in quanto dopo un primo lavaggio si è lacerato in due punti, lo ho segnalato alla titolare la quale mi ha invitata a riportarglielo. Quando lo ho fatto una sua collega ha sostenuto che il problema lo avevo sicuramente provocato io ( il tutto senza guardarmi come se non fossi presente) parlando di me come di una persona disonesta e aproffittatrice. Io non sarei nemmeno andata a riportarglielo semplicemente non avrei più comprato quell' articolo ma quando mi hanno invitata a farlo ho pensato che potesse essere importante anche per loro.
Infine dopo settimane senza riscontri ho deciso di andarea riprenderlo e il trattamento è stato il medesimo della prima volta, ora mi domando: per quale motivo mi hanno fatto tornare con il capo se tanto non avevano nessuna intenzione di farlo vedere alla ditta produttrice? Perchè riservare a un cliente questo trattamento unicamente offensivo e ingiustificato?
I want to point out the terrible and mortifying experience that was reserved for me. I bought a probably defective jeans because after a first wash it tore in two places, I reported it to the owner who invited me to return it to her. When I did it, a colleague of hers claimed that I had certainly caused the problem (all without looking at me as if I were not present) talking about me as a dishonest and profitable person. I wouldn't have even gone to bring it back to them, I simply wouldn't have bought that item again but when they invited me to do it I thought it might be important to them too.
Finally, after weeks without feedback, I decided to go and take it back and the treatment was the same as the first time, now I wonder: why did they let me go back with the garment if they had no intention of showing it to the manufacturer? Why reserve this treatment to a customer that is only offensive and unjustified?
