★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Centro tim da evitare, l'incompetenza e la poca voglia di lavorare sono imbarazzanti in questo negozio.
Sono stata invogliata da un'offerta per passare a tim da Iliad e a quanto pare dopo 15giorni ancora non hanno attivato l'offerta abbinata al passaggio. Incredibile che altre persone avendo fatto lo stesso passaggio, ma in un altro centro tim il giorno dopo, non hanno mai avuto problemi.
Oltre a questi problemi, imputabili forse a tim o forse no, rispondere "non so" a qualsiasi domanda sui prodotti e le offerte proposte è assurdo e controproducente. Assolutamente posto da evitare

I was enticed by an offer to switch to Tim from Iliad and apparently after 15 days they still have not activated the offer combined with the passage. Unbelievable that other people having made the same passage, but in another tim center the next day, never had problems.
In addition to these problems, attributable perhaps to tim or perhaps not, answering "I don't know" to any question about the products and offers offered is absurd and counterproductive. Absolutely place to avoid

Terrible! They just pocketed the money without actually activating anything. I had to go to another Tim center to make things right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La settimana scorsa mi son recata presso questo centro Tim per visionare dei telefoni, avendo intenzione di cambiare il mio, ormai obsoleto. La ragazza con gli occhi chiari è stata veramente carina e competente, mi ha fatto cambiare piano, facendomi risparmiare e mi ha convinta ad acquistare un telefono che mai avrei pensato di prendere. Sicuramente tornerò da loro e consiglierò questo centro a tutti. Alla prossima
Last week I went to this TIM center to view phones, intending to change mine, now obsolete. The girl with light eyes was really pretty and competent, she made me change plan, making me save money and convinced me to buy a phone that I never thought I'd take. Senza parole mi sono trovata con questa ancora nell' mio posto di lavoro con una cattiveria orribile,per questa recensione che invece di prenderla com'è qualcosa costrittivo così impara,era meglio venire al mio lavoro davanti a tutti a urlare con una una cattiveria,,,mamma mia,anche noi ne abbiamo di recensione negative e nn andiamo dai clienti a gridarli e nemmeno cercarli per una spiegazione,così con quella cattiveria ???delusa molto delusa

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giovedì scorso mi sono recata presso questo centro e mi sono trovata davanti un personaggio che già in passato ho subito la sua arroganza per un problema che ho avuto riguardo il wi fi e dopo 45 mn di attesa mi congedò con "non lo so , chiama il 187"
Stavolta mi è scaduta l'offerta ed ho chiesto se c'è un modo per rinnovarla, lui sempre impassibile rispondeva di no ad ogni mia richiesta sempre propormi julla per aiutarmi tranne un offerta peggio della mia e che costa 29euro .. poi gli ho suggerito di poter collegare il mobile col mio numero fisso con domiciliazione bancaria , allora scocciato si è messo a compilare i dati e ad ogni mio quesito mi rispodeva "fammi finire" pagando senza esserne informata prima 15 euro solo di attivazione, e lì ho chiesto se era compreso di traffico magari per il primo mese mi ga risposto di sì con la testa, una presa per i fondelli bella e buona perché non era vero e poi l'offerta non era nemmeno buona ed ho dovuto chiamare un operatore dopo essermi lamentata con un consulente tim a Trony , quest'ultimo mi ha detto che l'attivazione è gratuita e avevo diritto a tutti illimitato (tim unica)
Ho chiamato stamattina il negozio ma ho trovato la sua collega ancor più arrogante e maleducata e lo appoggiava per il suo comportamento, ma quando le ho detto che lasciavo una bella recensione mi ha richiamato tre volte . Sono inefficienti , sgarbati, maleducati, razzisti , e vi fregano il costo di attivazione anche se non è prevista

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diciamo che in alcune occasioni sarebbe meglio avere due operatori presenti trattandosi di un negozio in un centro commerciale. Comunque chiunque mi abbia servito è sempre stato disponibile e attento alle mie richieste, spesso risolvendo in poco tempo.
Let's say that on some occasions it would be better to have two operators present since it is a shop in a shopping center. However whoever has served me has always been available and attentive to my requests, often resolving in a short time.
