★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho rotto il display sabato 15/05/21 sera in Liguria. Ho prenotato tramite Support un appuntamento il lunedì mattina 17/05/21 . All'orario prestabilito mi son recato da Juice Brescia C.so Magenta 1.
Al mio turno mi hanno accolto in modo estremamente gradevole ed hanno approfondito il problema passo passo TUTTO avanti a me con ESTREMA gentilezza. Ragazzi di 25 anni veramente gentili, tutti. Due ore (sì avete letto bene 2 ore) dopo son tornato a riprendere l'iPhone riparato "come nuovo".
Grazie "ragazzi" per il vostro ECCELLENTE servizio, era da tempo che non ero così soddisfatto di un assistenza nulla a che vedere con altre in città a Brescia.
PS: il telefono lo uso per lavoro quindi la velocità era un requisito fondamentale.

 I broke the display on Saturday 15/05/21 evening in Liguria. I booked an appointment through Support on Monday morning 5/17/21. At the scheduled time I went to Juice Brescia C.so Magenta 1.
On my turn they welcomed me in an extremely pleasant way and they explored the problem step by step ALL ahead of me with EXTREME kindness. Really nice 25 year olds, all of them. Two hours (yes you read that right 2 hours) later I returned to take back the repaired iPhone "as new".
Thanks "guys" for your EXCELLENT service, it has been a long time since I was not so satisfied with an assistance nothing to do with others in the city of Brescia.
PS: I use my phone for work so speed was a key requirement.

Io vi consiglio assolutamente di affidarvi a questi ragazzi molto preparati e sempre col sorriso. Location molto piacevole da vivere con quella sensazione di ambiente tecnologico fresco e vincente !!!
Daniele and all the staff have always proved to be professional and competent but above all I add the human value in their always courteous availability. I absolutely recommend that you rely on these guys who are very prepared and always with a smile. Very pleasant location to live with that feeling of a fresh and winning technological environment !!!

Sono entrato per chiedere le airpdos nuove ho chiesto di provarle in quanto ho un dispositivo Samsung specifico top di gamma e non era possibile provare le cuffie. Secondo il personale non era possibile utilizzare quelle cuffie con Android perciò hanno cercato in tutti i modi di vendermi un i Phone alla mia richiesta nel caso aiutate nella configurazione la risposta è stata no non facciamo questo servizio
Place with seasoned vendors. I went in to ask for the new airpdos I asked to try them as I have a top of the range Samsung specific device and it was not possible to try the headphones. According to the staff it was not possible to use those headphones with Android so they tried in every way to sell me an i Phone to my request in case you help in the configuration the answer was no we do not do this service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale molto preparato e sempre sul pezzo ! Cambio AirPods Pro con difetto di fabbrica senza che io ne sapessi qualcosa . Sono entrato per una semplice domanda e ne sono uscito con le cuffie nuove . Tutto perché avevano un difetto di fabbrica del quale non ero a conoscenza e che in altro negozio ( non Juice ) , sempre a Brescia , avevano trattato con superficialità .
Ps le mie AirPods Pro non erano più in garanzia !! Ci tornerò per Sonos oltre che per acquisto di altri prodotti Apple .
Staff very prepared and always on the piece! I change AirPods Pro with factory defect without my knowing anything about it. I went in for a simple question and came out with new headphones. All because they had a manufacturing defect of which I was not aware and which in another shop (not Juice), also in Brescia, they had treated superficially.
Ps my AirPods Pro were no longer under warranty !! I'll be back for Sonos as well as purchasing other Apple products.
