Il personale è veramente gentile disponibile e competente.
Pensate che al centro Apple, mi avevano detto che non era possibile la sostituzione, e che dovevo cambiare il telefono; ad un prezzo agevolato, ma pur sempre tutto il telefono.
Qui con una spesa di circa 80 euro il mio telefono è tornato quello di prima, con la garanzia di 6 mesi.
Veramente bravi.

 In this shop I have completely replaced the block that controls the headphone jack socket. (nothing could be heard)
The staff is really kind, helpful and competent.
Do you think that at the Apple center, they told me that replacement was not possible, and that I had to change the phone; at a discounted price, but still the whole phone.
Here, at a cost of around 80 euros, my phone is back as it was before, with a 6-month warranty.
Really good.
