★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff non molto disponibile, alla richiesta di effettuare una riparazione ad un prodotto acquistato in quel preciso negozio, il personale non sapeva nemmeno di cosa si trattasse.
Consiglio nel caso in cui sia l’unico centro al quale potete rivolgervi, per estrema necessità.
Staff not very helpful, when asked to repair a product purchased in that specific shop, the staff did not even know what it was.
I recommend if it is the only center you can contact, for extreme necessity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato in coda 40 minuti arrivato il mio turno la commessa si e rifiutata di farmi la ricarica da 10.00 dicendo che le facevano solo da 25.00 in su pessimo servizio lo sconsiglio vivamente!!!!
I was in the queue for 40 minutes when it was my turn the saleswoman refused to recharge me from 10.00 saying that they only did it from 25.00 onwards bad service I strongly advise against it !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the time, staff here is pleasant and helpful. However, last time I was there, the staff person (a woman) was very unpleasant and unhelpful to me. All I wanted was to fix my tourist TIM card, which wasn't working. But she refused to cooperate because I didn't speak Italian and basically yelled me out of the store. Hopefully, it was just a bad day, but she should definitely undergo customer service training. My husband and I visited this store twice before and the guys working there were professional and very helpful.
