Order roses for a friend's birthday, they had to arrive yesterday but they have not arrived, I try to contact support but the email is not valid .. I understand the moment but it would have been nice to have some feedback.

Le rose, nel mio caso stabilizzate e in scatola Bordeaux, stupende come mi aspettavo e la spedizione precisissima arrivate giusto il giorno del compleanno! Sono entrato con l’idea di fare una sorpresa alla mia fidanzata e ho ordinato una composizione. L ho ritirata il giorno dopo come da accordi. A distanza di due anni le rose trattate (non ricordo il nome del trattamento) sono ancora belle come appena comprate! Va bene che sono specializzati in rose ma si potrebbe ampliare la proposta con rose e cioccolatini o rose e pupazzi ecc I was in Brescia for work and I passed the shop by chance! I came in with the idea of making a surprise to my girlfriend and I ordered a composition. I withdrew the following day as agreed. After two years the roses treated (I do not remember the name of the treatment) are still as beautiful as just bought! It's okay that they are specialized in roses but you could widen the proposal with roses and chocolates or roses and puppets etc.

I box sono a dir poco eleganti e la mia ragazza ha apprezzato tantissimo. Locale bello e ben curato. Personale disponibile. Buoni anche i profumi d'ambiente che acquisterò sicuramente per Natale Superb solution for a gift but also for a home purchase. Stabilized roses are beautiful and last a lifetime. The boxes are nothing short of elegant and my girlfriend really appreciated it. Nice and well-kept room. Staff available. There are also good perfumes for the environment that I will definitely buy for Christmas

Molto bella ma la confezione di carta d'oro è rovinata, un paio di petali hanno dei buchi. La rosa in sé è bellissima ma per il costo che ho pagato non è il massimo. Deludente Mah! In short. Just arrived a single rose. It could have been much better. Very nice but the gold paper packaging is damaged, a couple of petals have holes. The rose itself is beautiful but for the cost I paid it is not the best. Disappointing

Visto che da Brescia dovevano consegnare a 4 km di distanza....ma lasciamo perdere). Ho contattato via mail l'assistenza e nel giro di mezz'ora mi ha contattato un ragazzo molto disponibile che si è fatto in 4 ed è andato in gls a ritirare il pacco e lo ha consegnato lui direttamente la sera dopo il lavoro! Quindi post vendita super! Le rose sono state gradite e sono bellissime! I ordered a box of stabilized roses for a birthday, unfortunately the courier was unable to deliver on the appointed day (crazy ... Since they had to deliver from Brescia 4 km away .... but forget it). I contacted the assistance via email and within half an hour I was contacted by a very helpful guy who was done in 4 and went to gls to collect the package and he delivered it directly in the evening after work! So super after sales! The roses were loved and they are beautiful!
