Addirittura senza farmi pagare. Purtroppo mi dispiace invece dare una pessima valutazione sulla qualità dei prodotti Asus, smartphone in particolare. Le riparazioni lunghissime e molto costose. Mi sono dovuto rivolgere altrove, dove molto più rapidamente me li hanno sistemati. A costi più abbordabili. Dopo nemmeno un anno è partita la scheda madre, mi aspettavo che non lo facessero in garanzia. Giustissimo frà l'altro. Ho riscontrato varie problematiche con il titolare riguardanti i componenti da me scelti che poi non sono stati montanti nel mio pc, ma cambiati senza il mio consenso e volere e per di più senza avvisarmi. ( ad esempio il processore); inoltre nel assemblaggio mi è stata rovinata la paratia del case e il cavo del alimentatore da me comprato. Finisco col dire che non mi rivolgerò mai più a questo negozio nonostante abbia fatto l'estensione di garanzia dei miei componenti. Ora, a distanza di più di un anno non mi hanno più fatto sapere nulla e quando scrivo al signor Nicola nemmeno mi risponde. Sicuramente non mi vedono più. Over a year ago I bought 2 pcs. Acquistai un anno fa in data 30 gennaio 2021 un computer assemblato con una componente da me non ricercata, allora il responsabile/gestore mi convinse ad acquistarlo con la clausola che non appena sarebbe stata disponibile la nuova componente si sarebbe effettuato il cambio. (garantendomi che il prezzo sarebbe rimasto invariato) A distanza di un anno e a seguito di numerose chiamate ed email la componente finalmente è disponibile. il problema? mi è stato richiesto un prezzo di 1300 euro a fronte dei 700 concordati.
