Ho chiesto per la linea fissa mi hanno fatto sottoscrivere una proposta per bloccare il prezzo. Dopo 2 giorni è uscito il tecnico, non avendo linea, mi è stato detto che era solo per controllo. Alla fine ho un contratto e vincolato per 3 anni. Quando ho chiesto spiegazione le 2 commesse erano molto vaghe comunicandomi l impossibilità si recedere.
Truffatrici.
In my opinion gouging orders.
I asked for the landline they made me sign a proposal to lock in the price. After 2 days the technician came out, having no line, I was told it was just for control. Eventually I have a contract and bound for 3 years. When I asked for an explanation, the 2 orders were very vague, telling me it was impossible to withdraw.

Sembrava le dessi quasi fastidio. Comunque meglio così, alla fine mi ha fatto un favore. Infatti, trattando telefonicamente direttamente con la compagnia,mi hanno fatto un'offerta migliore, quindi grazie mille.

mi propongono una connessione a un prezzo, poi mi arriva la fattura almeno 30% in più.
si giustificano dicendo che sono cambiati le condizioni nel frattempo.
PS: dovevo pagare 400€ per poter disdire.
