Mi reco in gioielleria con il mio compagno per cambiare un regalo e la sua prima frase è stata:"chi ti ha consigliato una collana così da vecchia?!", noi rimaniamo un attimo senza parole, le faccio vedere con quale collana avrei voluto sostituirla e me la fa provare, poi ci dice che dovevamo prendere altro per raggiungere la cifra già spesa e ovviamente ci aveva comunicato una differenza più alta di quello che era in realtà. Mi fa provare degli orecchini e per convincermi mi dice che stanno bene e che rispetto ai miei orecchini da bancarella quelli sono molto meglio (erano orecchini pagati pochi euro ma questa frase avrebbe dovuto risparmiarsela). Avendo io due buchi mi chiede anche cosa mi salta in mente di mettere quegli orecchini nel secondo buco e per concludere dopo avermi fatto provare due orecchini aggiunge "Ti stanno bene però fatti la permanente o i boccoli". Non è tanto per la frase ma quanto x il modo. Dopo questa frase nn ci ho più visto, mi sono fatta andare bene quello che stavo provando pur di andarmene per evitare di rispondere a tale cafonaggine. Nel pagare ci siamo accorti che ci aveva comunicato la differenza di prezzo tra le due collane sbagliata ma abbiamo lasciato perdere. Io nn so se questa fa la consulente di bellezza ma mi auguro di no ed evidentemente non usa nemmeno gli specchi perché lei nn era per niente tenuta e tirata e a maggior ragione nn si dovrebbe permettere di dire certe frasi. Sicuramente quella è stata la prima ed ultima volta che ho messo piede in quel posto e lo sconsiglio vivamente a tutti in modo particolare se c'è una ComMessa verso i 50 anni con i capelli lunghi castani con delle sfumature più chiare. Certainly that was the first and last time that I set foot in that place and I strongly advise against everyone in particular if there is a ComMessa towards the 50 years with long brown hair with lighter shades.

Visto che non si è avvicinato nessuno per servirmi mi sono recato al banco e una delle commesse era impegnata con un altro cliente, allora mi sono rivolto all'altra commessa facendo vedere il numero ma senza guardarlo mi ha risposto molto sgarbata che non ha tempo perché è impegnata. Sono rimasto male dal mondo come mi ha risposto, allora sono uscito senza regalo e arrabbiato. Con questo atteggiamento perderete altri clienti. Saleswoman very rude. Mi sono recata lì per ritirare un orologio, c’erano due commesse momentaneamente occupate Quando una delle due viene verso di me mi dice:” devi ritirare?” Con tono arrogante...bastava anche un :”ciao, arriviamo subito,o comunque arrivo appena finisco” Erano comunque delle commesse grandi, che presumo abbiamo abbastanza esperienza nel campo, ma nulla sui rapporti umani, capacità d’approccio alla clientela zero, tant’è che la signora si è pure permessa di chiedere in tono strafottente “qualcosa che non va?” Evidentemente ha capito che c’ero rimasta male per il pessimo servizio... Fatto sta che ci sono molti altri punti vendita con delle commesse più sorridenti , cordiali che ti invogliano a comprare, ebbene sì!volevo comprare un regalo per un amica ma a causa l’atteggiamento SCONTRUOSO delle signore commesse ho cambiato negozio.
