Ci hanno messo 16giorni, ma se il cliente ritarda il ritiro dei capi lavati oltre il decimo giorno, aggiungono una penalità di 10€, roba da pazzi, mai visto un atteggiamento tanto vessatorio. Tutto scritto nero su bianco sul talloncino necessario al ritiro. Attenzione quindi a non partire per le vacanze, subito dopo aver portato dei capi in tintoria! ? crazy prices, at this point it is better to throw their clothes and buy them new, instead take them to wash. S	Sergio Giacchetto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mio nonno, ancora negli anni successivi alla seconda guerra mondiale già si serviva della "tintoria Zucchi",quindi, mio padre anche. Poi, essendoci trasferiti nella zona nord di Brescia, il nostro rapporto si e' limitato alla "custodia pellicce" causa la scomodita' della consegna e ritiro della merce causata dalla distanza. Peccato, perche', per noi e' sempre stato un ottimo servizio sotto tutti i punti di vista, professionalita' e cortesia che hanno sempre accompagnato ciò che ci legava. Ora, con le lavanderie automatiche o, con quelle dei prezzi "super scontati" tutto ciò si e' perso. L' esperienza applicata al lavoro qualitativo ed il rapporto umano e cordiale con la clientela non esistono piu', basta che il lavaggio costi poco e, anche se la stiratura sia piena di grinze, basta spendere poco e ci si accontenta. Io, sono di qualche generazione trascorsa ma., quando vedo un sorriso ed una cortesia dall'altra parte del bancone, un pacco ben confezionato ed una merce che profuma quando viene ritirata, non ne resto insensibile. Forse, paghero' (ho detto forse) qualcosa di più ma...... la qualita', non ha prezzo e, anche se ora, frequento la tintoria solo per consegna e ritiro pellicce ma quando esco dal negozio, sono contento,...... si, sono contento di essere a contatto con dei seri professionisti di cui oggi, purtroppo ne restano solo pochi. I am from a few generations past but, when I see a smile and a courtesy on the other side of the counter, a well packaged package and a commodity that smells when it is picked up, I am not insensitive. Maybe, I will pay (I said maybe) something more but ...... the quality, is priceless and, even if now, I go to the dry cleaners only for delivery and collection of furs but when I leave the shop, I'm happy, ...... yes, I'm happy to be in contact with serious professionals of which today, unfortunately, only a few remain.
