Poor rating, not for the clerk who is commendable for sympathy, professionalism and courtesy ... but for I suppose the owner .... a rude and boorish woman who would do well to avoid showing up in the shop ... she lost 3 futures with me buyers .....

Not recommended, the woman who, I suppose, takes care of the management of the shop is rude and disrespectful, both of the people and of the regulations in force today. I am very sorry for the girl who has to work with her! She is kind and helpful.

Migliorabili le tempistiche di feedback al cliente riguardo alle procedure in corso, ma nel complesso mi ritengo soddisfatto.
Very helpful, thanks to them, and in particular to Veronica, I managed to solve a problem on my TIM line that I had been carrying around for some time.
The timing of feedback to the customer regarding the procedures in progress can be improved, but overall I am satisfied.
