Il dipendente, forse infastidito dal fatto di essere entrato in negozio vicino all'ora di chiusura, si è dimostrato scortese e mi ha liquidato dicendomi di non poter fare niente. Solo dopo aver insistito e cmq facendomi perdere diverso tempo mi ha detto di non aver in negozio il collega che si occupava della compagnia telefonica di riferimento. Il giorno successivo mi sono recato presso un'altro negozio e in meno di 10 minuti mi hanno risolto il problema. MALEDUCATI, MAI PIU'! I went to the store 30 minutes before closing time to fix a problem on my bussiness SIM. The employee, perhaps annoyed by the fact that he walked into the shop close to closing time, was rude and dismissed me by saying he could not do anything. Only after having insisted and cmq making me waste some time did he tell me that he did not have the colleague who took care of the reference telephone company in the shop. The next day I went to another shop and in less than 10 minutes they solved the problem. RUDE, NEVER AGAIN!

Un po' difficili da contattare telefonicamente ma è abbastanza comprensibile visto che sono sempre occupatissimo con i clienti in negozio Very knowledgeable and helpful.
