M	Marco Vicini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non riuscendo più a stampare i documenti solamente in bianco e nero, giovedì 15/10 ho portato stampante e portatile, quest'ultimo acquistato nel 2020 presso SB Smart Bros di Pescia. Subito il titolare di SB mi informava che, in via del tutto eccezionale, mi avrebbe risolto il problema per sabato 17/10 anche se tendelziamente, preferiva non occuparsi delle stampanti. Lunedì pomeriggio mi recavo al negozio dove, lo stesso titolare, mi informava che non aveva provveduto alla risoluzione del problema. Lo stesso poi, mi consigliava di cambiare semplicemente l'inchiostro ormai esaurito, il magenta e, che non avrei più avuto il problema con la stampante. Rispondevo che era un'opzione che conoscevo benissimo e, che mi ero rivolto al centro assistenza per poter nuovamente, visto che prima era possibile farlo, stampare solo con inchiostro nero. Lo stesso mi rispondeva che aveva troppo da fare e preferiva non farlo. Sentito ciò mi sono recato presso un altro centro assistenza il quale in poco più di 15' mi ha risolto il problema. No longer able to print documents only in black and white, on Thursday 15/10 I brought a printer and laptop, the latter purchased in 2020 at SB Smart Bros in Pescia. The owner of SB immediately informed me that, in a totally exceptional way, he would solve the problem for me on Saturday 17/10 even if tended to prefer not to deal with printers. On Monday afternoon I went to the shop where the owner himself informed me that he had not resolved the problem. The same then, he advised me to simply change the now out of ink, magenta and, that I would no longer have the problem with the printer. I replied that it was an option that I knew very well and that I had contacted the service center to be able to print again with black ink only, since it was previously possible to do so. The same replied that he was too busy and preferred not to. Heard this, I went to another service center which solved the problem in just over 15 '.
