★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lascio 3 oggetti x riparazione, mi dicono che entro 1 settimana tutto è pronto, dopo più di 20 giorni chiamo x sapere a che punto sono e mi sento dire che dei 3 oggetti nessuno è stato fatto, a quel punto riprendo i 3 oggetti.... x carità negozio sconsigliatissino
I leave 3 objects for repair, they tell me that everything is ready within 1 week, after more than 20 days I call to know where I am and I am told that none of the 3 objects have been done, at which point I take the 3 objects back .. .. x charity shop discouraged

Non rispondono al telefono, tengono i dispositivi per molto tempo e non risolvono niente, anzi peggiorano anche le cose.
Mi hanno chiesto 300 € per sostituire la tastiera di un laptop (che loro mi avevano montato al contrario). L'ho acquistata per 20 €, l'ho sostituita da solo e l'ho montata in 5 minuti.
Totally incompetent.
They don't answer the phone, they keep the devices for a long time and they don't solve anything, they even make things worse.
They asked me for € 300 to replace the keyboard of a laptop (which they had mounted in reverse). I bought it for € 20, replaced it by myself, and mounted it in 5 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho consegnato in riparazione un computer che dopo aver speso non poco ed essere stato assicurato che funzionava perfettamente ha ripresentato gli stessi problemi dopo pochi giorni. Ho segnalato l'accaduto via whatsapp fotografando la schermata e mi è stato risposto che era un nuovo problema quando in realtà era esattamente lo stesso. ho riportato il computer essendo rassicurato che avrebbero risolto in una settimana. Ho dovuto aspettare più del doppio. Al ritiro mi è stato detto che il computer non presentava alcun problema. Arrivato a casa ho dovuto riavviarlo quasi 20 volte per accenderlo al che dopo aver ricevuto in offerta ho rinunciato a riportarglielo una terza volta. Copisco possa capitare di sbagliarsi su una riparazione o avere un servizio rallentato per un probabile aumento della richiesta dovuto alla pandemia ma non accetto di essere preso in giro. La mia esperienza non coincide assolutamente con le rencensioni positive che leggo su questo negozio.
I delivered a computer for repair which, after spending a lot and being assured that it worked perfectly, returned the same problems after a few days. I reported the incident via whatsapp by taking a picture of the screen and was told that it was a new problem when in reality it was exactly the same. I brought back the computer being reassured that they would fix it in a week. I had to wait more than double. Upon retirement I was told that the computer had no problems. When I got home I had to restart it almost 20 times to turn it on and after receiving the offer I gave up on bringing it back a third time. Copisco may happen to be wrong about a repair or have a slowed service due to a probable increase in demand due to the pandemic but I do not accept being made fun of. My experience absolutely does not coincide with the positive reviews I read about this shop.
