★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una stella perche meno non si può. Da evitare assolutamente. Si è approfittato di una situazione familiare difficile per vendere un nuovo contratto.... per di più agendo in modo scorretto con le firme del contratto...... da denuncia.
In risposta....alla sua affermazione.....
1) esiste un regolamento.... sottoscritto dalla ditta per cui lavora... che permette .. in caso di decesso il passaggio gratuito del contratto ad un familiare..... lei incurante di questo... ha venduto un nuovo contratto pur di guadagnarci sopra...
2) ... un contratto deve essere firmato dell'intestatario del contratto..... lei invece ha preso il cellulare ed ha dato l'autorizzazione al contratto a nome del proprietario....
Se questa la ritiene correttezza.... ok... avrò sbagliato io..... ma che lo dico a fare..... e ripeto..... da evitare.... ridicolo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mah che dire... negozio accogliente e pulito, c'è stato solo un piccolo problema, la ragazza non era capace di capire la misura da introdurre nel nuovo cellulare e dopo vari tentativi ha azzeccato la misura giusta ma non poteva spingerlo al suo interno perché le si rovinano le unghie... ma ha saputo velocemente consigliarmi per risolvere il problema è cioè rivolgermi ad un altro centro Wind!!

Nemmeno mi ha guardato quando parlavo per spiegare il mio problema con il Wind. Sono entrata che parlava ad telefono ed ho aspettato che finisse per poi ne anche finire di rispondere alle mie necessità per rimettersi in un'altra telefonata.... " Scusami, ho un cliente, finisco qui e sono subito da lei..." O qualsiasi altra risposta sarebbe stata meglio che ignoranza e parlare come con degli muri.
Non dimentichiamo che rispondere ad un saluto e educazione!!!
