E' riuscito a sistemare il mio iPhone che era cascato nell'acqua ed aveva vetro rotto, connettore danneggiato e flash non più funzionante ad un prezzo veramente conveniente e con un lavoro molto preciso ed in tempi rapidi! Inoltre all'interno del suo negozio ho trovato un vasto assortimento di cover di qualità per il mio telefono e non ho resistito alla tentazione di comprarla! Consiglio vivamente questo negozio per la sua professionalità, cortesia e staff giovane e molto gentile Exceptional service and assistance !! Credo sia uno dei migliori negozi di telefonia dove sono entrato e mi hanno trattato con cordialità e non mi hanno lasciato andare via dal negozio finché non mi hanno risolto i problemi che avevo con lo smartphone, sicuramente se né avrò bisogno tornerò da loro! Mi hanno sempre spiegato le cose in maniera semplice ed esaustiva e con pazienza . Mi hanno risolto sempre i problemi riguardanti la telefonia . Concludo dicendo che sono persone oneste, ti consigliano sempre a vantaggio dei tuoi interessi... se ho un problema vado solo da loro ! E con questo penso di avervi detto tutto.... Non capisco come siano diventati così poco professionali nel giro di un anno. Vi consiglio di scegliere altri negozi telefonici a Montecatini Terme.
