Oulizia. Letto comodo. Ottimo il riscaldamento. Davvero non ci siamo potuti lamentare. Unica nota: nella camera numero 3 si sente ( entrambe le volte che vi ho soggiornato) un fastidioso odore proveniente dal piatto doccia. Facendo la doccia poi va via però è da sistemare perché quando si entra non dà una bella impressione. Io consiglio questo B&B Stay more than satisfactory. Owner available and quick to try to meet the needs. Coffee maker in the room, very comfortable. Oulizia. Comfortable bed. Excellent heating. We really couldn't complain. Only note: in room number 3 feels (both times I stayed there) an annoying smell coming from the shower tray. Taking a shower then go away, however, it has to be fixed because when you enter does not give a good impression. I recommend this B&B

Ottimo e consigliabile Warm and welcoming, equipped not only with heating but also with independent air conditioning. Small private fridge available and working wifi. Excellent and recommendable
G	Giada Motti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soggiornato due giorni con una figlia di 5 mesi check in ottenuto alle 15:30 del pomeriggio del giorno di arrivo non prima, per cui evito di spiegare il disagio avuto rimanendo fuori dalle 9 della mattina. Era stata richiesta una culla e mi è stato dato un terzo letto, chiesto un cuscino piccolo per figlia ma non disponibile. Mai più’ inaccettabile nel 2022. Stayed two days with a 5 month old daughter, check in obtained at 15:30 in the afternoon on the day of arrival no earlier, so I avoid explaining the inconvenience I had by staying out at 9 in the morning. A cot was requested and I was given a third bed, asked for a small pillow for daughter but not available. Never again unacceptable in 2022.
A	Andrea Nardon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buona la posizione vicino a stazione Tiburtina belle stanze grandi, ma tre difetti: - doccia piccola - televisore non funzionante - wifi non funzionante Allargare la doccia è sicuramente oneroso e posso comprendere, non capisco invece perché non abbiano investito una ventina di euro per un decoder DVB T2 (10 ospiti - 2 euro cadauno in meno di guadagno ma migliore soddisfazione) e lo stesso vale per il wifi che non funzionava e anche in questo caso investire del tempo per sistemarlo non sarebbe stato male. NB: stessi problemi anche nelle altre stanze visto che eravamo tre colleghi in viaggio di lavoro. Peccato davvero perché era facile un ritorno in zona, ma sicuramente si andrà altrove. Good location near Tiburtina station beautiful large rooms, but three flaws: - small shower - television not working - wifi not working Extending the shower is certainly onerous and I can understand, but I don't understand why they didn't invest twenty euros for a DVB T2 decoder (10 guests - 2 euros each less earnings but better satisfaction) and the same goes for the wifi that is not it worked and again investing some time to fix it wouldn't have been bad. NB: same problems in the other rooms as we were three colleagues on a business trip. Too bad because it was easy to return to the area, but surely we will go elsewhere.
