It looked very nice in the photos, but the location is definitely scary for two young women to walk around. We had to leave on the first day because we didn't feel safe. The rooms have a bad smell and the ac barely works when it's not shooting water to the floor. Not to mention the amount of mosquitos and flies inside the room. I was disappointed, the staff was helpful though.

We booked a last minute stay in this hotel. The website states that it has free parking spaces, while in fact they have room for 4/ 5 cars for the whole hotel. Parking in the area is possible, but not recommended: we parked here for 2 nights due to lack of space on the terrain of hotel. Someone broke into our car and took all our belongings. All of this because the hotel provide complete information about their facilities. They don’t even mention the limited space for parking on their terrain but they note it as if it is possible to park on their terrain anyways. This is a necessity since this area is in fact a ghetto area of Rome. Room was oke but very old, bathroom stinks and no sound insulation available. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in a save environment. I read the other reviews and believed it was a good hotel. Unfortunately; the quality was very poor. Just a pretty facade doesn’t make this hotel into a good one. Service and quality lacks.

Positive: Great little hotel, with lots of charm. Nice cozy room, good water pressure in shower. Quite area, nice outdoor area for cafe for breakfast or evening drinks. Close to trolley/tram access. Great deal! Negative: Smelled a bit moldy in room, behind where bathroom door opens¿

First of all, in some reviews people had mentioned smell and dated interior(some people call it a feature) of this hotel, which can be true as building is old ( perhaps protected structure). But if you visit Rome and you need good value hotel with private car park, close to the city centre there is very little options. The hotel needs some improvements for sure, but it also has friendly staff and they speak English. After all I just needed a place to sleep after a busy day in Rome. The room was clean, towels etc was supplied. I'm giving 4 stars because there is a place to improve things, but don't get me wrong, this place is good value for money. The street where hotel is located may look a little "rough" for some, but this is only look, it was peaceful and quiet place.

One of the best options to stay in Rome for the price! A few really nice Italian restaurants close-by (e.g. Saporita). Not too far from major sites in the city and the Roma Termini (we walked to most of the famous sites while visiting Rome)

Decoration of the room is really nice. You can find hair dryer, clean towels, paper, shampoo, gel, soap. Not slippers. The outside sittings are very nice and the rest is nothing ( i didnt try breakfast so i dont know that part). Everything was old in the room. There were molds on the walls that are not okay with allergic bodies. The bathroom was terriblely smelly. It seems clean. The building and the rooms need restoration. The location of the hotel is not the best if you want to spend time always in the center where all museums and landmarks are located such as trevi, piazza novano etc. You need to take bus around 30min journey. Staff was nice and kind except one. I have an impression that the hotel doesnt want to achive more than 3 star. The price is ok with this hotel.

Really cute boutique hotel. The property obviously used to be a private villa, so all the rooms are unique. They do have a bar adjacent to the lobby, but I didn't see it staffed during the evenings. Wifi was quite weak in the room, but for non-working surfing it's fine. The rooms themselves could use a bit of TLC - the bathroom toilet and mirror backdrop were in pretty sad (but functioning) shape. Really nice staff.

The Hotel is kept spotlessly clean & staff are so welcoming & friendly. The breakfast was lovely, very much worth the small charge. I would definitely recommend this hotel & if possible I’d love to return a second time. Hotel is situated in a walking distance of Trevi Fountain Colosseum & St. Peter’s square. ?
