β β β β β This is a very poor hotel, we came here thinking it was a nice one but we were fooled , we ordered two rooms in a pension room and they put us in a very small room with three beds, lights went out , we were promised breakfast but they only thing you get is a tea size cup of coffee 8-10 , shower was very bad it wouldnβt turn on full way , wasnβt very clean the blankets and sheets were stained , there was cockroaches and that is why Iβm writing this because I hate it with this place , I would leave but the only reason I stay because itβs very expensive, the person was not helpful we were suppose to check in at 9:00 am but he made us wait till 2:00 because he was lazy and I know he was lazy because at 1:30 he said fine letβs go because we wouldnβt leave the building thatβs how you know he was lazy . I do not recommend this hotel to anyone , the only good thing about is itβs across the street from the train station if you wanna get away from this place other wise itβs really far from places

β β β β β Very lovely hotel, we had a great stay there.
Rooms are very clean and bathroom as well. AC & hot water works perfectly. Breakfast is humble but delicious .. they have very nice coffee.
Staff is super friendly, Sabrina met us from the recipition and she was very helpful and informative.
The hotel is 1 minute walk from Vittoria Emmanuel underground station. Line A there takes you to all the main attractions in Rome.
Only drawback is that most probably there were some Fleas in the hotel (probably from the garden outside).

β β β β β This is a 2 star hotel! Donβt expect to be staying in a 5-star hotel. Elevator. Free coffee until 10pm. Needs more light fixtures within the room. Blacked out curtains. Luckily we didnβt need the AC, but the AC control was all in Chinese. If you want clean youβll get clean! Every time I came back from a day in the town I came back to a nicely made bed, new towels, and a clean restroom. Li was awesome and even provided his WhatsApp just in case we needed anything. Luckily, everything was great. I booked with Hotel Flippo but was put in one of their annexed buildings. Neighborhood was a bit sketchy but were safe at night. Plus the building has two coded gates. So it made our stay a lot better and safer. Huge king size bed! I would definitely recommend! Also the room I stayed in was not small at all. Great affordable hotel! Quick walk to the metro and a short walk to Roma Termini train station. Stayed a total of five nights. Also, nothing related to the hotel but if you do plan on seeing multiple monuments in a day plan for 1-3. Lines are crazy insane and please be sure to book in advance for tickets. Rome at night is beyond gorgeous so I suggest sleep all day and roam around Rome all night.
