Pozytywna: Good localization / eng Dobra lokalizacja / pl. Negatywna: The first thing is that we payed for more space in the biggest room but the host decided to give us a smaller room because "it's only two of us"... after big conversation, he gave us the keys to the right room. The second thing is the room was very dirty, the toilet and the shower wasn't clean. We got only 2 towels (small and big) for two people for 3 nights. The third thing is that the host tried 3 times get money from us for paying the tax, but we payed the day after we arrived. First time we had the situation like this and we're shocked. Please be careful!!! and always take the confirmation that you payed the tax!! Po pierwsze, zapłaciliśmy za największy pokój, ponieważ chcieliśmy mieć więcej miejsca, jednak gospodarz sam zdecydował, że da nam mniejszy pokój, ponieważ jak stwierdził "jest nas tylko dwójka". Po długiej konwersacji dostaliśmy klucze do właściwego pokoju. Po drugie, pokój był bardzo brudny, nawet toaleta i prysznic nie były czyste, tak jakby w ogóle nie było posprzątane po poprzednikach. Dostaliśmy tylko 2 ręczniki (jeden duży, drugi mały) na 2 osoby na 3 noce. Po trzecie, gospodarz 3 dni pod rząd przychodził do nas i żądał zapłaty podatku, który uregulowaliśmy w drugi dzień pobytu z samego rana. Pierwszy raz spotkaliśmy się z czymś takim i jesteśmy w szoku. Proszę uważać! i brać potwierdzenie na papierze, że podatek został zapłacony..

Positive: -Bellissima la luce che cambia colore al soffitto. Stanza elegante e si vede che è stata rifatta da poco! Dotata anche di televisione. -Ottima la posizione! a 200 metri dalla Metro Manzoni! Staff gentilissimo che ci ha dato la possibilità di lasciare la valigia presso la struttura!! Ritorneremo sicuramente!.

Positiva: La ubicación porque estaba cerca de parada de metro Manzoni.. Negativa: El personal no hablaba inglés ni español, tuvimos que adivinar quien venir a abrirnos la puerta del edificio. Solamente tuvimos 1 toalla grande para los dos y una pequeña que estaba manchada. No volvimos a ver a nadie en los 3 días que estuvimos. El baño estaba fuera de la habitación y eso que en la reserva ponia baño privado. No había jabón, ni champú ni gel. Se acabó el rollo de papel higiénico y no repusieron. Estaba sucio el baño y la ducha llenos de pelos públicos... Un asco, de verdad no repito ni que me paguen. Un horror. El edificio olia fatal! Para ser un B&B ni un día nos ofrecieron desayuno.....

Posizione molto centrale, meno di 10 min a piedi dal Colosseo e meno di 5 in tram. Fermata della metro vicina, comoda per raggiungere le zone del centro un po' più distanti. La stanza senza pretese, un letto matrimoniale e la tv. Il bagno, punto sempre negativo delle recensioni che ho letto è in realtà ok. Spesso, essendo in comune, dipende anche dalla buona educazione di chi ci sta ma comunque durante il nostro soggiorno è stato pulito ogni mattina. Unica nota negativa è un po' la difficoltà di comunicazione con i proprietari che non parlano italiano, ne inglese, ne spagnolo, ma sono comunque molto disponibili. Per un soggiorno economico e senza pretese consigliato.

Positive: Very nice place to stay, clean, cozy and near the Colisem. The holder don't speaks English but she was very sweet and friendly. I recommend to everyone!.
