It was exactly as we expected and very well located within walking distance of Rome's attractions and very close to public transport links. Check in and check out was very convenient and easy. I would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Rome.

Position in town is excellent, very close are small restaurant , one supermarket, metro station (which we did not use as we just walk thru city). Paolo was very kind and gave us some very useful tips about visiting Rome. I highly recommend this property and for sure I will come back to this apartment!

Paolo is such a nice and friendly host that gave us custom google map and marked all kinds of facilities near the house. He also gave us tips and introduced main attractions in the city when we first checked in. Good location only 10 mins walk to Colosseum.
D	Diane Horstman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here in June 2016 and it was wonderful. Its location is great; you can see the Coliseum as soon as you step onto the street. It is a 5 minute walk from the Coliseum and a 10 minute walk from the Metro. There were 6 (3 kids / 3 adults) of us and the apartment was spacious enough for all of us with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and the kitchen/living space. The kitchen was recently renovated and has a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, etc. The wifi worked well and there were 4 televisions with cable/satellite. The towels were changed out half way through our 10 day stay. There are restaurants, mini markets, a deli, and a supermarket nearby. Paolo, the owner, was extremely helpful in suggesting where to go, how to get there, how much to expect to pay, arranging transportation, and ensuring everything was going well for us. I would definitely recommend this apartment. If it is not available when you want to book, ask Paolo for other recommendations because he oversees multiple properties and would be able to help you.

The flat is ideally located close to the Colosseum in a quiet area, with nice restaurants and supermarkets (including one opened 24/24) around. The appartment is clean, very nicely decorated, modern, spatious, and extremely convenient with everything you may need to make breakfast or dinner, including a dishwasher. On top of that, Paolo is extremely nice and helpful. He gave us many advice for our stay and he is very much dedicated to his customers, it was a pleasure to meet him and rent his flat. I highly recommend this accomodation, everything was great and we spent very nice holidays there !

Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, the kitchen is well equipped and everything was clean. Paolo helped a lot after making the reservation, gave tips about airport transfer and was quick with answering all my questions. He was kind enough to give us a map of the city and explain where the main sights were when we checked in, also gave us recommendations about restaurants in the area and in the city centre.
