Dopo aver aggiornato i dati più volte mi cancellano la prenotazione, cerco allora di chiamarli ma alla comunicazione del mio cognome mi attaccano il telefono in faccia senza alcuna motivazione. MALEDUCATI, IRRISPETTOSI DEL CLIENTI, SENZA NESSUN PRINCIPIO DI ACCOGLIENZA E CORDIALITà. PROFONDAMENTE INDIGNATO After making a reservation for a quadruple room I receive an email in which they refused my credit card and asked me to update the data. After updating the data several times they cancel the reservation, so I try to call them but when my surname is communicated they attack the phone in my face without any reason. RUDE, RESPECTED BY THE CUSTOMERS, WITHOUT ANY PRINCIPLE OF WELCOME AND CORDIALITY. DEEPLY INDIGNED

Kind, nice and helpful owner! The apartment is new, modern and clean. it was a very pleasant stay, we will definitely be back !!

Molto ampia, appena ristrutturata, a due passi dal colosseo, terrazzino ampio, consiglio vivamente! Non vedo l'ora di ritornarci, la magia del cuore di Roma rende tutto più bello! Anche la signora proprietaria disponibile e molto cordiale!! Prezzi molto accessibili rispetto alla media! I recently stayed in the structure in Via Capo D'Africa, super satisfied with the room! Very large, just renovated, a stone's throw from the Colosseum, large terrace, I highly recommend! I can't wait to go back, the magic of the heart of Rome makes everything more beautiful! The lady owner is also helpful and very friendly !! Very affordable prices compared to the average!

Tout confort et équipé comme il faut. La propriétaire est réactive et à l'écoute. De très bon conseils aussi pour les bons endroits. We have been going there for the past few days. the owner is super nice, friendly and helpful. The apartment very pretty, and well located 2 steps from the Colosseum. All comfort and equipped as it should be. The owner is responsive and attentive. Very good advice also for the right places.
