M	Marina Romano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non mi aspettavo un servizio efficiente e personale qualificato gentile e disponibile. Sempre perché senti gente che si lamenta di attesa e personale maleducato. Io ho trovato tutto il contrario.. Gia all'accoglienza ti accolgono con gentilezza e professionalità, ma anche allo sportello abbiamo trovato un'impiegata davvero disponibile e preparata. Devo smentire chi sempre si lamenta del personale pubblico..complimenti a tutto il personale di via capo d'africa. I was not expecting efficient service and kind and helpful qualified staff. Always because you hear people complaining about waiting and rude staff. I have found quite the opposite .. Already at the reception they welcome you with kindness and professionalism, but also at the counter we found a really helpful and prepared employee. I must deny those who always complain about the public staff .. congratulations to all the staff of Via Capo d'Africa.
G	Gianni Salvatori on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ufficio di via capo d'Africa funzionale, unico problema come al solito è il comune di roma con lo 060606 a cui ho telefonato per un anno e mezzo, credendo di parlare con operatori AMA che mi dicevano di passarmi ed invece tra loro neanche comunicavano, tanto è che la pratica non risultava affatto on essere. Cmq il pesce puzza dalla testa. "Complimenti" al sindaco e a tutto il suo staff, raggi o non raggi inefficienti come sempre.

Certo che attendere fuori in pieno agosto intorno ai rifiuti non è il massimo. Che dire..... non saprei! The internal operators and the employees were kind and efficient, the wait was normal. Se tutti i dipendenti comunali o statali fossero così l Italia sarebbe a livello burocratico il top. Mi sono congratulatory con l'operatore dello sportello sia per la calma dell'ufficio oltre alla sua gentilezza e professionalità. Secondo me, anche quando finirà la pandemia sarebbe auspicabile che rimanesse la stessa organizzazione dell'ufficio. È veramente irriconoscibile in positivo. Tuttavia, come consigliato dall'operatore, la prossima volta farò l'operazione con il computer. Complimenti I went for the activation of a user. Luogo sanificato e all'avanguardia. Mi sono sentita in difficoltà per quanto l'impiegata è stata disponibile cortese e spiegare come bisogna procedere per le pratiche. Avrò anche atteso un mese causa COVID per avere un colloquio. Ma ne è valsa la pena. Andate con tranquillità il personale è altamente qualificato. Rispettiamo il loro lavoro. Sono anche troppo gentili con persone che vorrebbero avere la ragione. Ma se nella vita quotidiana sbagliamo perché prendercela con loro. Disponibilità cortesia diplomazia Ottima. Pochi e piccoli cassonetti stracolmi con rifiuti anche a terra, senza il supporto della campana per il vetro, sono a servizio di molti palazzi per circa 150-200 famiglie. Giudicate voi, e speriamo che i responsabli si accorgano della situazione malsana e non i cinghiali ... ?
