G	Gwendolina Cnudde on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto buono! This is definetly a restaurant you should go to when you’re in the Colosseo area. The food is great and the staff is super friendly and willing to help you make your choice. They also talk English and French very well. Everything is fresh and authentically made. For starters we had the starters plate with all sorts of meat and cheese with a ginger-pear marmalade. As first course we had the carbonara spaghetti and the pasta with cheese sauce (and beans). For our main course we had the pork with bacon and the hamburger. This was all very well cooked and very yummy. Also, if you like a glass of wine but you’re the only one drinking, you can order a glass of wine, you don’t have to take a whole bottle of wine. It’s also very reasonably priced. We would certainly come back here. We would recommend this restaurant.

Service is great, food is delicious, prices are very affordable. Plus you can get a coupon online which offers you to try 3 dishes, wine and dessert for 27 euros. And believe me it's a lot of food, we had to take away the entire second course! But since the place is rather small, consider a reservation ahead.

Everything tasted great and the service was friendly, albeit slightly slow but that’s nothing out of the ordinary for Italy.

The casio e pepe was the best of four versions I had in Rome, and my father-in-law described the ravioli as the best he'd ever eaten. The staff were helpful and spoke great English (and were receptive to my attempts at Italian!), and the desserts were fantastic. A brief walk from the Colosseum, bypass the touristy joints and give Il Bocconcino a try!

N	N V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atmosphere is so rustic and italian! The staff is very friendly and calm which just makes you really enjoy your meal! And the food.... OMG THE FOOD! Delicious every single dish we had: Carbonara, rabbit raggu pasta, grass fed italian beef, ravioli with ricotta and guinea-fowled meat and the homemade meatballs....dripping with flavour! Would definitely recommend as also not too expensive for such delicious meal for 4! Would mark on my map and come back here every time I’m in Rome!
