β β β β β Despite the flat was not ready for our check-in, Luciana has been very proactive resolving the issue in a professional manner.
The service itself was great, no complains. Maybe the breakfast would be nice if improved.
Overall I suggest you to stay here if you're looking for a peaceful and comfortable place in the center of Rome.

I would reccomend this place if you need a nice place to stay in the city center for tourism and also if you need a place where you can work remotedly while staying in the heart of the most amazing city in the world!

β β β β β This was my 13th week in Rome this year. I've stayed in over 10 different hotels/apartments. This "Flower"-room was the most pathetic of them all and for sure it was not the cheapest.
The only good thing I can say is that it was clean and quiet. And there's short walk to Colosseo.
The apartment is narrow and constricted without any natural light. It's impossible to place luggage anywhere.
There's limited space to place your belongings.
There was no place to sit other than around really small kitchen table or bed.
It was impossible to see the telly because there was no place to sit and its sideways to the bed.
The door was almost impossible to get locked from inside.
There was no proper ventilation or air conditioning. Air source heat pump is directed to the bed and it does not heat or cool the rest of the apartment.
Water pressure and hot water were insufficient in the shower.
Kitchen amenities: There were only two of each and frying pan was twisted.
The Flower-apartment simply does not work.
My wife had problems with too scented linen.
Parking places were inadequate (there was none assigned to hotel quests).
EDIT: And as usual as you can read from the owners answer all these complaints I made are just my imagination or my own fault. According to owner The Apartment is perfect without flaws... I wonder why there was a space heater in the toilet if the heating/cooling and air circulation works perfectly :)

β β β β β We as a family of 4 (including 2 kids) enjoyed our 1 week stay here. Our apartment has 2 bedrooms; one of the few options to have a little more space compared to a lot of the "quadruple" rooms to sleep 4 in Rome. It is very clean. Everything works well including the bathroom, the AC/heat and the kitchen with Nespresso. Wifi is sufficient. It is mostly quiet and we slept well.
The merit of this place is the service and the people who run it. They have been extremely responsive and helpful ~1-2 months before our trip via email, and through WhatsApp during our stay there, for trip advises, restaurant reservations and daily life miscellaneous, which was much appreciated when traveling with kids during this uncertain time. They provided free laundry service which was a pleasant surprise, and they did the laundry well! Location is nice -- it's in a highly recommended neighborhood with a few great restaurants (where locals go to) and quite close to the Colosseum and the Metro stop there. It is 30 minutes walk to the Trevi Fountain / Spanish Steps though, but this could be a really nice walk through the heart of ancient Rome when the weather is good. If traveling in a group of 4 or more, the airport transportation group they work with is a great option that charges almost the same as the FCO white cabs -- very friendly, punctual and professional drivers.
I do agree with the other review that says there's limited natural light. The only other shortcoming is that they don't have fresh breakfast like many other hotels do. I feel that even just a few freshly-made croissants every morning, which appeared to be what they used to do, would make a big difference. It'd be probably even safer compared to eating in a local bar, if COVID was the concern (per the apartment if I recalled correctly). To us, however, the quality and value otherwise far outweighed these small things.
Appartamenti MacroAurelio49 will definitely be high on our list should we visit Roma again. Special thanks to Qu and Luciana who helped us out a lot before and during out stay!

β β β β β This was an EXCELLENT stay!
The amenities of the apartment (2 refrigerators, dishes, tables, space of each bedroom & living area, outside access via a large balcony, the layout of the space (bedrooms separate from living space and not far from bathroom), the colorfulness & lighting were so comfortable.
We appreciated the help from the staff in calling a taxi to some very early morning tours. The taxis were exactly on time.
The location is exceptional. Walking distance to EVERYTHING! The Coliseum is 3 blocks away and Trevi fountain is only 1.5 miles away so everything is very close. Two grocery stores are within blocks, a bank for withdraws, & a couple of pharmacies. Plenty of restaurants & bars as well.
The staff is amazing. So friendly and peaceful. They were amazing at telling us where to go to get the things were might need; groceries, Euros, Covid tests.
THANK YOU!!!

β β β β β When we arrived we didn't know that the reception wasn't 24/7. We mentioned we were going to be late because of our flight who was rescheduled. The receptionist called us because apparently you close at 23h and we were 15min late, so we had to hurry, which wasn't great. We took the bus transfer because it's much cheaper then the taxi. The receptionist was very nice, very helpful, but was very quick in his explanation because his shift was done, which was fine, we knew most by ourselves. Breakfast was fine for me, not much choice and for my boyfriend it was great, especially the gluten free products, although they were biscuits and not really breakfast, and the coffee was good. The bathroom was small but everything was in it, so great. The kitchen was also great, we had everything we needed to cook a gluten-free meal. The balcony was nice. And the bedroom was beautiful and comfortable, except for the sheets who were to narrow, but the linen were wide enough. It was cold in the apartment but we could turn up the heat which we loved. And when we had a problem with the lock of our door, they came fix it right away. Great service! We enjoyed our stay with you very much! ?
