★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struttura eccezionale curata nei minimi particolare ,i padroni di casa Alessio e Roberto sono due persone magnifiche sempre pronti e presenti. La struttura sta a due metri da tutti i mezzi pubblici e dal centro storico. 5 stelle super meritate tornerò sicuramente .Un oasi all interno di un quartiere storico di Roma.
 Exceptional structure with attention to the smallest detail, the hosts Alessio and Roberto are two magnificent people always ready and present. The structure is two meters from all public transport and the historic center. I will definitely return 5 super stars. An oasis within a historic district of Rome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In pieno centro, una struttura nuova di zecca, con tutti i comfort, perfetta per noi che viaggiano con un bambino piccolo.
Difficile descrivere in modo esaustivo l’appartamento: nuovo, perfetto in ogni dettaglio, pulitissimo, dotato di ogni accessorio utile (lavatrice, cucina completa, tutto il necessario per le pulizie e per la cucina, macchinetta a cialde per il caffè, etc. ).
Appena arrivati ci è stata offerta anche una varia e abbondante colazione, nonché una bottiglia di prosecco di benvenuto.
Gli appartamenti dispongono anche di uno spazio esterno privato arredato con poltrone e tavolino. Inoltre sono dotati di box privati, molto grandi e accessoriati con presa standard e Wallbox per ricarica veloce delle auto elettriche o ibride.
Per noi poi ha fatto decisamente la differenza trovare ad accoglierci la gentilezza e la cortesia dei proprietari, sempre disponibili per qualsiasi nostra richiesta o segnalazione.
Torneremo, è diventato il nostro punto di riferimento a Roma!
In the center, a brand new structure, with all the comforts, perfect for us traveling with a small child.
It is difficult to describe the apartment in an exhaustive way: new, perfect in every detail, spotless, equipped with every useful accessory (washing machine, full kitchen, everything you need for cleaning and cooking, coffee pod machine, etc.) .
As soon as we arrived we were also offered a varied and abundant breakfast, as well as a welcome bottle of prosecco.
The apartments also have a private outdoor area furnished with armchairs and a coffee table. They are also equipped with private boxes, very large and equipped with standard socket and Wallbox for fast charging of electric or hybrid cars.
For us, it made a lot of difference to find to welcome us the kindness and courtesy of the owners, always available for any of our requests or recommendations.
We will come back, it has become our point of reference in Rome!

Gli appartamenti sono confortevoli, moderni e hanno tutto il necessario per trascorrere il soggiorno.
L'host Alessio è sempre disponibile per ogni richiesta.
Ho trovato molto utile il posto auto coperto all'interno della struttura .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Complete new structure ! how could I explain the feeling if not saying that just everything is in the right place ? kitchen , living room bedroom and bath have everything is needed . very modern and cool. The neighborhood is beautiful full of great clubs restaurants and stores.The staff is always available. really to recommend !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the perfect place to stay in Rome. The apartment is locked away from the streets, conveniently placed near the central of the city. It comes with an optional garage which is a gem in Rome if you come by a car. The studio is amazing, well equipped, clean, cozy and comfortable - newly built. We stayed for a month there, the hosts were super amazing, the San Lorenzo area was great too with amazing local restaurants nearby. Highly recommend it! :)
