★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appartamento luminoso, pulito ed arredato con gusto. Cucina ben attrezzata, ho visto che c'è la lavatrice anche se non l'abbiamo utilizzata, bagno non grande, ma accogliente, wi-fi molto veloce.
Al di là dell'estrema gentilezza dello Staff e della disponibilità a fornire una grande quantità di informazioni e suggerimenti, ci è piaciuto trovare un appartamento così accogliente in piena zona universitaria (l'ingresso dell'Università La Sapienza è a 5 minuti). Il quartiere di San Lorenzo è particolare ed unico, non dovevamo scoprirlo. Il fatto di essere vicini al centro ed alla Stazione Termini è un plus della posizione strategica. Ci torneremo sicuramente!
Bright, clean and tastefully furnished apartment. Well equipped kitchen, I saw that there is a washing machine even if we didn't use it, bathroom not big, but cozy, wi-fi very fast.
Beyond the extreme kindness of the Staff and the willingness to provide a great deal of information and suggestions, we enjoyed finding such a welcoming apartment in the university area (the entrance to La Sapienza University is 5 minutes away). The San Lorenzo neighborhood is special and unique, we didn't have to find out. Being close to the center and Termini Station is a plus of the strategic position. We will definitely be back!

The host and his Staff were easy to contact and extremely fiendly and helpful.
The apartment is much nicer than the photos ... it's really a gem.
It is in a young residential neighbourhood and all the facilities (supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants, etc.) are within easy reach.
I've to travel to Rome many times a year and usually book an apartment when I am there. I think I can say this was the cleanest and best equipped apartment I have stayed at and it is excellent value for money.
I confess I'm a little worried about giving such a positive review ... in case it makes it harder to re-book the apartment when I am next in Rome!
