m	maria grazia salvatori on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi. Se non siete in grado di sostenere la mole di lavoro, non accettatela anzichè lavorare tanto e male. Avevo ordinato due tesi ma la prima volta mi ero accorta di aver fatto tre errori sulla copertina, pertanto lo segnalo e mi viene detto che la copertina era stata già stampata e che era impossibile correggere, pertanto ho pagato altri 15 euro per avere una nuova copertina affinchè venisse rifatta da capo. E fin qui tutto okay, errore mio. Il giorno dopo passo a ritirare le tesi e mi accorgo che era stato corretto solo uno degli errori che avevo segnalato e che ci fossero ancora due errori. Facendoglielo notare, mi dicono di tornare nuovamente il giorno dopo. Il giorno dopo sono così tornata sperando che fosse tutto perfetto...questa volta era stato corretto un errore, ma la mia copertina presentava ancora un errore, che ovviamente io avevo segnalato fin dall'inizio!! Insomma, forse se fossi tornata una terza volta sarebbero riusciti a togliermi tutti e tre gli errori che gli avevo segnalato. Risultato: ho pagato per avere una nuova copertina corretta solo a metà, e adesso andrò alla mia laurea con un errore sulla copertina. Bad. In short, perhaps if I had returned a third time they would have been able to remove all three errors that I had pointed out to them. Result: I paid for a new cover only half correct, and now I'm going to my graduation with a mistake on the cover.
v	viky hertz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo.. Sono gentili ma purtroppo il risultato è davvero inaccettabile. Saltano pagine, fotocopiano più del dovuto, fanno fronte retro quando non richiesto e bisogna aspettare ore per poche fotocopie. Non si può mai pagare con pos e il prezzo è sempre fatto ad occhio e non prevedibile. Inizialmente andavo sempre da loro ma dopo diverse esperienze pessime ho deciso di non andare più. Ti ritrovi a sostenere esami con fotocopie incomplete.. Bad .. They are kind but unfortunately the result is really unacceptable. They skip pages, photocopy more than they should, double-sided when not required and you have to wait hours for a few photocopies. You can never pay with pos and the price is always made by eye and not predictable. Initially I always went to them but after several bad experiences I decided not to go anymore. You find yourself taking exams with incomplete photocopies ..
