Ho dovuto spedire un orologio di valore dalla Florida a Roma per un intervento di assistenza. ho fatto vari preventivi con compagnie americane e italiane, riscontrando prezzi altissimi, incognite dazi doganali, ritiro incerto, ispezioni in frontiera... e poi l'ultimo tentativo e' stato la svolta! grande assistenza telefonica (nonostante il fuso orario), personale disponibile e competente e soprattutto RASSICURANTE. con indicazioni chiare nella preparazione del pacco, ritiro/spedizione/consegna in 48h ( assicurazione inclusa ). bravi ragazzi e grazie a service that I did not expect, a care for the customer's needs that went far beyond the mission of profit. removing a customer problem should be the only goal of a service agency ... so it was! I had to ship a valuable watch from Florida to Rome for service. I made various estimates with American and Italian companies, finding very high prices, unknown customs duties, uncertain withdrawal, border inspections ... and then the last attempt was the turning point! great telephone assistance (despite the time zone), helpful and competent staff and above all REASSURING. with clear indications in the preparation of the package, collection / shipment / delivery in 48h (insurance included). good guys and thanks

Davvero uno dei migliori punti MBE di Roma, e sempre gentili, cortesi e propositivi! Very big, I had a problem with an “exceptional” transport and they managed to help me in a short time. Truly one of the best MBE points in Rome, and always kind, courteous and proactive!
