Alle poste sono piΓΉ efficienti.
Endless and unjustified expectations. Unpleasant and rude staff (a Roman in particular, unspeakable) who dangles between the photocopiers looking at them with stupid faces, regardless of the customers in line.
At the post office they are more efficient.
